Enjoy the beauty of Ventana Canyon at the base of the Catalina Foothils in a completely remodeled and updated spacious 3 bedroom condo with new furnishings, updated appliances and a comfortable and welcoming floor plan. This first floor home with an elevated double patio offers relaxing views and privacy.

Located in the Catalina Foothills, the condo has easy access to hiking in Ventana Canyon, is a short ride to the gorgeous Sabino Canyon Recreation Area as well as quick access to groceries and great food.

Enjoy the pools, workout room or tennis court.

The first floor three bedroom condo offers two brand new king beds, three televisions and two power reclining couches in a beautifully decorated unit. A twin day bed trundle in the third bedroom is set up in the office and offers an extra spot to sleep.

Both king bedrooms have walk in closets. Office closet is locked and not open to guests.

Canyon View has special access directly to Ventana Canyon for hiking. You can also connect directly to the Lowe’s Ventana Resort.

Enjoy the provided tennis racquets, pool towels and walking poles.

Laundry soap is provided to make your stay convenient.

You'll have access to the entire condo with the exception of the owner's closet. Parking is plentiful and access is easy.

Having traveled extensively throughout the U.S., Hawaii, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia, we truly believe Tucson is a hidden gem.
