If you are looking for a home for the Masters Tournament that has it all and much more this one is it. Located only steps away from the heart of downtown Aiken this is a beautifully maintained gated home that has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. In the main house there are 4 dedicated bedrooms with beds ranging from 1 Full size, 2 Queen size and 1 King size. There is also an adorable room that has been used for a baby/toddler room and comes with a crib and a pack-n-play. The small room could also accommodate a blow-up mattress. There are 2 laundry rooms and an exercise room with Treadmill and exercise bike. The kitchen features Thermador and Subzero appliances along with 2 dishwashers and ice maker. Formal and casual dining options have room for all your guests.
Aside from the main house there are 2 (two) one-bedroom cottages with full bathes and efficiency kitchens. These cottages are very comfortable and work wonderfully for those who wish to have a bit more privacy during their stay. The lower cottage also has a stacked washer and dryer and private screened porch. The cottages are comfortable and very charming and come completely furnished.
There are many porches and patios throughout the property to enjoy the beautiful South Carolina weather.
