Instructions and temporary were very detailed. House was clean and in order upon arrival. No real complaints at all. Some decor, specifically in the smaller kids rooms needs updating and the tv service and remotes were difficult to use, outside of that great stay.

This property was perfect for our family. Close to the Disney parks with easy access to shopping and other “down day” activities. The pool and hot tub were perfect for mid-day park breaks and my kids enjoyed the pool almost more than the parks. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great vacation house with pool

Very clean house with a beautiful pool and lots of room for two couples plus three kids. Kitchen was spacious and well-equipped to prepare meals. Garage conversion with pool table, fussball and air hockey was fun, although AC would have made it more usable. Good location for visiting Sea World, Discovery Cove and Busch Gardens.

The property was great! The only issue we had was the trash cans being full outside and covered with flies and full of maggots which grossed me out. The property manager did come to spray once I called about it upon checking in.

Entire House & Private Pool Great Value

In town for annual cheer competition, we have 4 kids and the resort options & even the typical villas are not options for us but this house, the size and space - sleeping - private pool etc made for a bargain while still being minutes away from anything we were interested in. Its super close to all Disney attractions and we also made it to Universal among the first to arrive and had a full day there. Highly recommend!

Spring break 2025

House was perfect for a family of four. Disney and Universal easily accessible. We enjoyed being able to come back to the pool and hot tub after walking miles and miles at the parks. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our meals a few times throughout the week. We had an awesome spring break!

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
