Stayed for nearly 4 weeks. Few issues but all dealt with quickly. Few issues with high levels of noise from other villas until early hours of the morning which unfortunately the owner can't do anything about and the sheriffs also don't. Otherwise, overall a very positive stay and communication with owner good.

The house is a bit dated and needs a few updates. I've stayed at several other VRBO,'s and there's usually salt, pepper, a few kitchen basics. This house had nothing. Minimal kitchen utensils, but lots of dishes. The beds are very soft, so if you like that they are comfy , but by 8 nights in, our backs were sore. The linens are cheap and thin, but do the job. Every bed squeaked and creeked when we moved. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. It's close to Disney parks and lots of dining and basic needs, such as gas and walmart. Overall it was a good place to stay, but nothing over the top.

Instructions and temporary were very detailed. House was clean and in order upon arrival. No real complaints at all. Some decor, specifically in the smaller kids rooms needs updating and the tv service and remotes were difficult to use, outside of that great stay.

This property was perfect for our family. Close to the Disney parks with easy access to shopping and other “down day” activities. The pool and hot tub were perfect for mid-day park breaks and my kids enjoyed the pool almost more than the parks. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The best thing about this villa is the location! It’s close to the parks, loads of great places to eat nearby and there is a basketball and tennis court for the residents to use which my kids loved.If you’re looking for the sun then be aware that whilst it’s south facing the pool area is mostly in the shade which will be great for some but not for others.Overall we found the villa pretty dated and tired and there were a number of things not working; air hockey table in the games room doesn’t work, the lounge lights don’t work, showers are mouldy and the dishwasher has a poor smell and doesn’t function very well at all.We were also disappointed that we paid for pool heating but they had forgotten to turn this on. This was sorted after we reported it but it was still a bit annoying and there wasn’t an apology.Overall we still had an amazing holiday but having been renting villas in the area for the last few years this is the worst one we have stayed in. This is actually the first negative review I’ve ever left but hopefully reading this will help stop someone else making the same mistake and find themselves a better villa!

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
