The house was clean, and the host communicated very well. Close to the freeway which worked well for us. We'd stay there again.

We arrived Thursday afternoon, but the entry code provided did not work. After multiple calls to the management company, we went through three different codes before receiving one that worked properly, delaying our check-in by about 15–20 minutes after a nearly 4-hour drive.Upon entering, we immediately noticed a strong odor that remained throughout our 3-day stay. Several blinds were broken, including one in a bedroom that compromised privacy. The window A/C unit had visible gaps to the outside with leaves in the windowsill.Cleanliness was disappointing. The living room floor had fingernail clippings under the couch, a side table had dried food residue, and the floors under the beds were dirty. The bathroom had a used hair tie with hair on the doorknob, only one working light above the sink, an exposed and dirty baseboard heater, and a dirty shower with a waterlogged bath mat. The kitchen appliances were clean, but the walls, blinds, and light switches were dirty. We rated this 2/5 because the location, parking, and size met our needs, and we stayed only because the reservation was non-refundable.
