Newly renovated house in a quiet South Shore neighborhood less than 10 miles from downtown Montreal. Large, pet-friendly fenced backyard with a deck. Three large bedrooms with two full bathrooms, a large recreation room, living room and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen upstairs and kitchenette downstairs. Dedicated laundry room with washer / dryer and extra fridge. Large driveway which can easily accommodate two or more cars.
