Welcome to this fabulous house in Independence. With five spacious bedrooms featuring three king beds, two queen beds, and a full bed, guests will find plenty of room to relax. The four bathrooms include both bathtubs and showers, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating throughout the house. 3 full acres of space to play on with our yard games: spike ball, volleyball and cornhole. Pickleball court and ping pong table ready for your family/group entertainment included. A fire pit for making memories and s’mores! The perfect space to play, connect, and relax! We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house and create wonderful memories here.

We have raised our family in this home for the last 20 years. We are empty nesters now and enjoying our RV life. We enjoy being your host and love that you pick our home for your stay. It’s comfortable and lived in: perfect for a no stress stay!

Why they chose this property

We chose this area because it offers living on acreage without the neighborhood feel but is close to anything you’d like to do. It’s 8 minutes from I70 and 22 minutes to downtown Kansas City or the stadiums. Major shopping is 10 minute away. When your home it is nice and quiet and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

Our home is a custom build in 1988. Its gorgeous brick and wood design is all wrapped around the center column in the main entry. Some call it the circle house:) it’s big and well loved. It’s quiet and comfortable. It’s large bedrooms and gathering areas totaling 4000 square feet. Designed to accommodate large groups. The yard is perfect for entertaining with plenty of parking for trucks and equipment or your toys or RV
