The location literally can't be beat, with the apartment a short walk from Wrigley Field, the bustling Southport shopping corridor, and both the red line and brown line subway stations. It's also close to all of the 'Boystown' nightlife.
The Space:
I've used my years of experience as a superhost and interior designer to set up this unique flat so that it includes all the comforts of home while embracing the quirky charm that only a vintage building can offer.
I believe in high standards of personal comfort, so you'll only find high thread count cotton sheets on the bed (usually a bit wrinkled, as I don't like you enough to iron them), comfortable feather pillows, a great mattress, and thick towels. The bath products are from Public Goods and seem to be universally liked. We also supply a good amount of coffee and some other little amenities to really make you feel looked after.
The tent in the bedroom is free standing, so make sure not to move the legs or fiddle with it. Thanks!

PARKING
Parking isn't included and the streets around us are all either permitted (local residents only) or metered, so make sure not to use those spots. When parking, be sure to check all signs nearby because it's easy to get a ticket when parking rules are broken. For the easiest parking, I recommend using a service called SpotHero to reserve a spot nearby before you arrive.
Guest Access:
You have full access to the apartment. Please note that the dishwasher door doesn't quite open all of the way, so only smaller items like mugs and utensils will fit. Also, the tent is free standing, so please do not move it.

Q: "Can I smoke in the apartment?"
A. Sorry, no. If you smoke, I ask that you go off of the property (not outside of the back door). I will need to charge a $250 cleaning fee if there's any smoke smell inside of the apartment.
Q: “Does the unit have air conditioning/heating?”
A: Radiant heat is supplied to the unit by the building and is turned off and on by the building engineers. Window air conditioners will be installed starting mid-May.
