Located in a 1915 historic Uptown brownstone designed by architect Andrew Sandegren—part of a City of Chicago Landmark District—this 1,200-square-foot space offers a private entrance, modern amenities, and a refined mid-century modern aesthetic. Original artwork and subtle musical references reflect the apartment’s close proximity to Chicago’s legendary live-music scene, with the Aragon Ballroom, Riviera Theatre, and the iconic Green Mill all within an easy walk. It’s also within walking distance to other beloved northside neighborhoods, including Andersonville, Lincoln Square, Asia on Argyle, Wrigley Field , and the lakefront.
The open living area features plush mid-century furnishings, an electric fireplace, and a 70" flat-panel LG TV—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Music-themed artwork and design details nod to Uptown’s creative legacy, including visual tributes to nearby venues and iconic artists.

At the same time, quiet, tree-lined streets make it easy to forget you’re in one of the world’s largest cities. That unique juxtaposition—energy and serenity in the same place—is why I love living here.
