The location is really great! The neighborhood was a lovely place to walk around in with lots of beautiful brownstone buildings. The place felt cozy and comfortable. The hosts made sure check in was smooth.

In town to catch a couple Cubs game and this place couldn’t have been anymore convenient. Short walk through a nice neighborhood to Wrigley Field. Property was clean and well maintained. Communication with the rental was prompt anytime I had a question or concern. Would definitely stay there the next time I’m in town

This place was exactly what we needed and the location couldn’t have been better! The hosts were very nice/ great with communication and making sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and well stocked with necessary items. I would absolutely stay here again!

This second floor walk up is clean and in a great location for Wrigley Field. The L is very close, which is great from a transit perspective. Bring your ear plugs to get some sleep!

A Very Nice Well Located Unit but the Train Noise is Real The GreatGreat Location, steps to Wrigleyville, restaurants & bars.Very clean unitParking spaceLarge updated kitchen with nice appliancesClose to bus & train 2 bedrooms/comfortable beds2 bathroomsIn unit washer & dryerGood communication with hostCould Be BetterSome of the living room furniture is due for replacement. The Bad Depending on Sleep AbilityUnit is steps from the train, which runs 24/7 about every 10 to 15 minutes. You will hear it. Host provided earplugs, but they didn’t help much. My husband is a deep sleeper & woke up many times. I tried earbuds with music & my daughter used a rain app, which kind of turned the trains into thunder. We hardly slept. Our ExperienceWe were in Chicago for 5 days/6 nights of family events. We needed 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & a place to get ready & sleep. We did not spend much time in the unit. Options in area were limited, so this seemed like a good choice. The noise wore us down & we moved to a nearby hotel for the last 2 nights. The Bottom LineThis is a good place to stay, if you are a very sound sleeper & in Chicago for a couple of days to go to a Cubs game and nearby bars. (Many reviewers did not note the train issue.) If you are in Chicago as a business traveler or for an extended stay, I would look elsewhere to ensure a good night’s sleep.If the host could find a way to sound proof the unit, this would be an awesome place to stay.

The property was a great location!!! However one draw back was the train, it is located in the back of the house and it is loud and runs almost all night. Ear plugs are provided but only provided some relief. The check in and check out was rigid as far as requesting early or late, and a late fee was to be charged, so we opted out. All in all good stay but probably wouldn’t pick that location again.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Chicago. The unit was clean and very spacious. The neighborhood was friendly and safe with everything you need in walking distance. It was an easy L ride to downtown for activities as well. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Chicago.

If it’s all about convenience to Wrigley and all it has to offer then this is where you’ll want to stay.Clean, comfortable, albeit a bit noisy with the trains this is a really good choice

We were in town for a Cubs game and this location was perfect. We especially appreciated the parking spot provided. The place, the neighborhood, the ease of getting in and out was all so great. We hope to stay here again.
