House Rules & Helpful Info:

Accurate guest count is required per our booking policies (includes overnight guests and day visitors).

Parties are strictly prohibited—no exceptions. Small gatherings may be permitted only with prior written approval. Any event or gathering held without approval is a violation of house rules and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, removal from the property, and any applicable fees.

--No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside on the property. No vaping, or hookahs allowed inside on the property. A $750 cleaning fee applies for violations.

-No professional photography or filming without prior written approval.

-Trash & Recycling: Please remove all trash, including any food left in the fridge, and place bagged trash in the outdoor bins.

-Recycling does not need to be sorted, except for bottles and cans that are refundable in Georgia. These can be set aside—feel free to return them to a local redemption center, or housekeeping will collect them.

-No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.

-Damage Policy: We understand accidents happen! Please report any damage immediately so we can address it quickly and prevent further issues.

-Damage Waiver: covers unintentional damages to the vacation rental property and its contents - up to $1500 - that occur during the Guest`s stay, provided such damages are reported to Ohana Vacations promptly and before check-out. Let me know if you have any questions! (Airbnb reservations excluded)

-Starter Pack: Ohana provides a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing the following items as needed.

-Personal hygiene items

Grill Use: If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Kindly clean the grill after each use.

If propane runs out, please contact Ohana customer service for a replacement.

-Please: Flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.

-Avoid blocking the driveway and neighbors garage (Doing so will result in cars being towed).

-Be mindful of water usage.
