Welcome to your perfect Lake Norman getaway—designed for fun, comfort, and unforgettable lake days. This spacious lakefront property offers a unique layout with a main house and a separate boathouse, making it ideal for families and groups who want both togetherness and privacy.

Sleeping & Layout
The property includes four bedrooms across two buildings.

Main House:
The main house features two spacious master suites, each with a king bed and a private en suite bathroom. An additional bedroom with a twin bed is also located in the main house.

Boathouse:
The separate boathouse offers additional sleeping and living space, making it ideal for teens, extended family, or guests who want their own retreat. It includes two queen beds, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials needed to prepare a quick meal.

Fully Equipped Living Spaces
The main house features a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, gather, and entertain, whether you’re preparing a casual breakfast or a family dinner. Indoor living areas are spacious and welcoming, offering plenty of room to relax after a day on the lake.

Entertainment & Extras

Amazing Lake house, everything was beautiful and the space worked really well for 3 couples traveling with plenty of room for us to hang out without feling like we were on top of each other! Would 100% stay here again

Our stay at this Lake Norman home was absolutely amazing. The property was even more beautiful than the photos online. I was the first to arrive, and the moment I opened the door, I knew we were somewhere special. The home smelled incredible, was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and well cared for. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, which made the stay feel effortless and luxurious.We originally planned to enjoy lots of lake activities, but it rained for most of the weekend. Surprisingly, no one was disappointed because the atmosphere of the home itself was so peaceful, warm, and relaxing that it became the experience. It gave us exactly what we needed rest, laughter, connection, and relaxation.I surprised my four sisters with a special celebration called “Crowned in Gold,” where we dressed up for an elegant dinner, took pictures, and created unforgettable memories. The home was the perfect setting for such a meaningful moment.By Sunday, the sun finally came out and we enjoyed the hot tub, sitting by the lake, and attempting to make a fire in the fire pit, which was hilarious because we clearly wouldn’t survive on Survivor! Huge shoutout to the owners for creating not just a beautiful property, but an unforgettable experience filled with peace, comfort, and love. We will definitely remember this trip for years to come.

Absolutely Perfect!!! We had the best time at Linda's place and it was better in person than in photos! I could go on and on about the interior of the house, the guest house, the outdoor amenities, the arcade games, fishing poles, kayaks, paddleboards, fire pit, outdoor seating areas, hot tub and thensome but I will just sum our trip up with it was A Little Sluce of Heaven. Thank you Linda!!!

We had a fabulous time and our interactions with Linda were wonderful. She was very responsive up to, during and after our stay. The house and property are well maintained, right on the water and really made for the perfect get-away. Highly recommend!

The house has all the amenities you would want for your lake vacation. The hot tub, the fire pit, kayaks, paddle boards, and the video games are wonderful for when you’re not boating on the lake. There are restaurants and a grocery store within 5 miles. The dock is perfect for any size boat and the cove is mostly calm with minimal boat traffic possibly due to the under bridge access. Our 26 foot bow rider with wake tower had no problem getting there with the tower up. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The outside seating at both the main house and the side house were relaxing to sit and have morning coffee or watch the amazing sunsets. The neighborhood is also quiet and nice for walking. Reid circle is about a 1.5 mile loop which makes for a nice walk before or after morning coffee. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly and even removed their boat from the slip so we could park ours there while renting. There was plenty of parking making it great for our truck and trailer. They even supplied firewood and a S’mores kit. Blue Heaven was definitely a house I would rent again.
