Hello,
We live in central MA and love going to the mountains for skiing, boating, hiking, fishing and just enjoying the peaceful outdoors. We enjoy sharing our home with others when we are not there.

Why they chose this property

Our home is located on the Black river on a 23 acre farm. We are located 10 min from Okemo mountain and we have truly found that this area has so much to offer. In the winter months we enjoy skiing, snowmobiles, snow shoeing and the local events. In the summer and fall there are farmers markets, festivals, mountain biking, yoga at the top of the mountain and so many fun things to do. Not to forget about the foliage!! Wow!

What makes this property unique

Our house was built in the late 1800's and is fully renovated with 4BR and 3 baths. We love sitting on the porch and listening to the river run. We have a grill, a fire pit, corn hole and other outdoor games. We also have a "game room" with fuse ball, dart and over 300 DVD's to choose from.
