Two bedrooms are primary suites, each with oversized walk-in closets and attached bathrooms featuring double vanities. One bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and the other is a walk-in shower. The living room includes a queen-size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space.

One bedroom (with no attached bath) is located on the main floor. Two additional bedrooms with attached baths are located on the third floor. The living room with the sofa bed is located on the second floor.

Guests will find plenty of extra towels, washcloths, and linens, along with all essential amenities for a comfortable stay. A two-car attached garage includes EV charging, and there is plentiful, unrestricted street parking directly outside.

High-speed Google Fiber, individual climate control by level, and a quiet residential setting just minutes from downtown complete the experience.

Please note: this property spans multiple levels with many stairs and is not suitable for toddlers or guests with mobility limitations.

The townhome is conveniently located just minutes from Salt Lake City’s top destinations. You’re about 5 minutes from the Delta Center, 7 minutes from Temple Square, and 8 minutes from City Creek Center. The airport is roughly 10 minutes away, and the University of Utah can be reached in about 10–15 minutes. For a mountain getaway, Park City is approximately 35–45 minutes by car.
