Includes two living rooms, fast Wifi, stocked kitchen, fully fenced yard and garage. Located minutes from Sugar House Park as well as trendy restaurants, breweries, and nightlife, and still only 25 to 30 minutes from the ski resorts Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, 30 minutes to Park CIty, 10 minutes from downtown and 15 to the airport.

Upon entering and upstairs you`ll find the first living room, king bedroom and queen bedroom, stocked kitchen and 1st full bathroom. Downstairs is home to the second living room and full bathroom, as well as the other king and queen bedrooms..

The guest has access to the entire property.
