Thoughtfully furnished and stylishly decorated with the traveler in mind, you`ll love the feel of The Cottage on Main. Located just South of the heart of downtown, you`re also only a few minutes from the bustling restaurants and shops of Sugar House, 30 minutes to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton, 35 minutes to Park City, 10 minutes to the airport and with quick and easy access to the freeway. Dedicated workspace, fast wifi, fully stocked kitchen, fully fenced backyard, and plenty of space!

The main level of The Cottage on Main is home to the exposed brick living room, the dining area, the kitchen, the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom and second full bathroom.

Passing through the kitchen you`ll enter into the office which also leads to the backyard and stairs down to the second level.

The second level includes another living room with another smart TV and a skee-ball arcade game. This level also has the second and third bedrooms, the third full bathroom and the laundry room.

The entire home.

The house is quiet inside, but Main St. is a busier street so please expect to experience the city.
No pets.

No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.

Wonderful family getaway

This property is just perfect! We were attending a series of concerts at Temple Square. The location was unbeatable. Direct shot to Temple Square. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Close to shopping, restaurants, easy freeway access.

Check in was fine, good instructions. However after check in we left the house and when we returned the touch pad wasn’t working. Thought ok fine let’s call the property manager to see how we can get into the house. Manger was super rude, seemed like he was being inconvenienced by our call. He stated he had over 600 clients he had to deal with “not just us” we tried to reassure him we were not mad we just wanted a solution on how we could get in the house. He proceeded to raise his voice and act very unprofessional. A locksmith was called after we suggested it and we were able to get back into the house but we were shocked at the response we got

Sketchy Neighborhood

Cottage was very clean, tastefully decorated, and modern with great security and entertainment systems. Some of the furnishings were lower quality. Downstairs ceiling is very low and there is a considerable difference in temperature from upstairs. While the location is central to all SLC attractions, the neighborhood is definitely not a place to bring your children. Backyard lawn overgrown. Many vagrants on the block. Parties two houses down kept us awake until 2am. Overall, it wasn't the worst place we've ever stayed, but we likely would not stay here again.
