Modern House with sea view Casa Didi in Alcudia

This elegant holiday villa is located in a small residential development in Pollença Bay, near the beach with a spectacular sea view, on the edge of the already famous and beautiful city of Alcudia.



The outdoor area offers a private pool of 8m x 4m, surrounded by comfortable loungers and garden furniture, so you can relax both in the shade on the pleasant terrace and sunbathing. In addition, the terrace has an integrated grill, which is perfect for enjoying lunch and dinner with family and friends.



The house is designed with great love for details and high-quality furniture. Upon entering, the elegant staircase leading to the first floor immediately catches the eye. There are four double rooms, all with air conditioning, as well as two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms also offer a walk-in closet and an impressive sea view. Air conditioners are exclusively present in the upstairs bedrooms.



On the ground floor there is a cozy living room and very comfortable sofas. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and both rooms are connected to the terrace and, therefore, to the pool directly next to the sea.



The owner provides additional pool towels for all guests.



The location of the house is a privilege: due to its proximity to the sea, to Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. It is also a place where sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing are practiced. A school for these sports is located just a few meters from the house.



Some furniture is decorated in the "Shabby Chic style"

Perfect location with beautiful garden

Lovely villa, clean and well equipped. Property was as described. We found it was the perfect location set inbetween pollensa & Alcudia - both around a 10mins drive into the centre - would recommend hiring a car. The BBQ was a huge hit and the pool/garden area is beautiful! We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa

The location is excellent and made our holiday in Mallorca feel very special — the pool, outdoor areas, and overall setting were exactly what we were looking for. It’s a spacious property with great potential for familiesgroups, and we loved having it as our base. There were some maintenance issues during our stay (for example, a tap and shower needing attention, some lighting and furniture to be updated, and a few small comfort details), but the property management team was very professional and assured us these would be resolved. Knowing improvements are underway makes us confident it will be even better for future guests. Overall, despite those minor inconveniences, we had a really positive experience. With such a fantastic location and attentive hosts, we’d happily stay again once the updates are complete.

Great house and location, but unfortunate bedbug incident near the endWe had a wonderful stay at Casa Didi overall. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax both indoors and out. The location is excellent—peaceful, yet close to everything we needed.Unfortunately, two days before the end of our stay, we discovered bedbugs in one of the rooms. One of our group was badly affected, which put a damper on an otherwise great experience. We reported the issue through VRBO, expecting it would be passed along quickly to the owner. However, when we checked out, we found out that the owner had never been contacted about the problem. Had the communication been quicker, it might have been resolved sooner.That said, we truly enjoyed the house and would recommend it—with the hope that the bedbug issue was an isolated incident and has since been addressed.

Der Aufenthalt war Klasse!

Alles sauber, Bilder wie beschrieben, Kommunikation ohne Probleme etc. - da gibt es nichts zu meckern Zu der in den Bewertungen genannten Straße: ja die ist direkt angrenzend an das Grundstück. Wer viel Wert auf Ruhe legt ist hier falsch und sollte sich ein abgelegenes Haus mieten. Für uns als Freundesgruppe aber weniger schlimm, da wir auch immer wieder unterwegs waren. Wenn ich doch was zu meckern finden müsste: wäre klasse gewesen, wenn am Abreisetag jemand gekommen wäre und wir nicht den kleine Umweg zum Büro fahren hätten müssen - aber auch das halb so wild mit Mietwagen :) Sehr gerne wieder! Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen und empfehlen auch sehr gerne weiter! Top!

Mein persönliches Highlight: Jedes Schlafzimmer hat quasi seinen eigenen Balkon. Die Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben. Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße ausreichend vorhanden. Toilettenspülung funktionierte einmal nicht. Es wurde sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Innerhalb von einer Stunde lief die Spülung wieder. Super und sehr netter Service!
