* Signed House Rules and Rental Agreement Required Upon Booking
* Host Fees are not Included in Night Rate. These Host Fees will cover ALL of the
following costs:
- Both Indoor and Outdoor Deep Cleaning, Linens, Spa Servicing, Trash
Removal, Restocking, and all Utilities: Including Electricity, Propane, Gas &
Wifi.
* Home is professionally cleaned before and after each stay following the
industry's 5 step required enhanced cleaning protocol.
