The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a large fridge with ice maker, stove with self cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, dishes, coffee maker (both drip and Keurig), toaster and kettle. There is a carport to park your car in front of the condo and an additional space for a second vehicle. The condo is fully air conditioned and equipped with beach chairs, cooler & beach umbrella for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a library and many social activities (ie: fitness classes, bocce, community dinners, card nights, etc.) which are ongoing throughout the year.
