The Space:

Welcome to your private and peaceful home base in Los Angeles. This bright, single-level studio was thoughtfully designed to blend modern comfort with everyday function, creating an ideal retreat for a solo traveler or couple.



The open-plan layout features a comfortable queen-size bed for a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. A dedicated workspace is ready for catching up on emails, and a smart TV is available for entertainment. Large windows fill the space with natural light, highlighting the clean, modern feel.



Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals at home. This studio also includes its own washer and dryer, making longer stays simple and comfortable. The clean, full bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and starter amenities.



Please note this is an upstairs studio that requires ascending one flight of stairs. Street parking is available in the neighborhood; a permit may be obtainable for a fee during your stay, but availability is not guaranteed.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in Pico-Robertson (SoRo, as locals call it), the studio offers a peaceful residential base with incredible city access. You’re just a short drive from the luxury shopping of Beverly Hills, the Westfield Century City mall, and the famous Farmers Market at The Grove. Explore the iconic museums along Museum Row on Wilshire Boulevard, including the LACMA.



Key corridors like Pico and Robertson Boulevards give you quick connections to the vibrant scenes in West Hollywood and Culver City. The neighborhood itself is known for a fantastic array of cafes, local markets, and some of LA's best kosher eateries. It's the perfect central spot for experiencing the city's diverse culture.

This is an upstairs studio requiring one flight of stairs. For guest privacy and safety, the exact address is shared after booking.



Parking is not available in the property. We may be able to provide 1 parking permit for street parking for $30 for the whole duration of your stay but it's subject to availability and is not guaranteed.



Exterior security cameras monitor entryways only (never indoors).



Check-out is 11:00 AM; late check-outs are $100/hour unless pre-approved.



A brief check-in verification form (contact info + valid ID with selfie) is required before arrival; information remains private and confidential.
