Huge duplex with private back yard in Clinton hill.
This is an amazing apartment located in the wonderful Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn. You will have plenty of space with the living room and kitchen upstairs. The lower level is where the bedroom is located with a California King size bed (you will be hard pressed to find a place in NYC with a Cali King) and a second living room. In addition to the private backyard, there is also roof access with a great view of the Manhattan skyline. You will be in walking distance to tons of great bars and restaurants, as well as a city bike station across the street. You will also be a 10 minute walk to the G train station. You really can’t beat this location and the size of the space.
