My name is Jeff and I am a professional artist who lives between Brooklyn and Oaxaca, Mexico. Often times I have wonderful furnished rooms available in my apartment in beautiful Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The space is a three bedroom railroad style layout, which means that the bedrooms are connected with private doors for each. However, the middle room I use as my art studio so it is not used for sleeping. The apartment sleeps 2 comfortably with a queen bed and a long couch in the living room for a potential third person. We also have a rooftop terrace off the back of the apartment to enjoy a glass of wine in the warmer months. There is plenty of space, a fully equipped chefs kitchen and best of all, we are located next door to the legendary Jalopy Theatre, a folk music institution in NYC with live performances most nights of the week! And of course endless restaurants and nightlife nearby.
