This home is the perfect location for your next getaway. Located in the desirable 500 block of North Naples, it is walking distance to Vanderbilt beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park, the Ritz Carlton and just minutes away to the Mercato and several other attractions. Or Dine at Turtles Club for great food and amazing sunsets !Accommodating up to 6 people, this 1400 sq ft. home has 3 bedroom , 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms, also beautifully decorated have queen size beds. With a desirable open floor plan, this home is the perfect setting for your entertaining needs. The kitchen, with custom cabinets, is equipped with everything you may need; from coffee makers and toasters, to all of the utensils and serving ware. It also includes a large island with a breakfast bar and new Kitchen Aide SS appliances. Dining area provides seating for 6 people. The kitchen is open to the tastefully decorated family room, with a sofa, love-seat and an flat screen HDTV. High speed Wi-Fi internet and cable are included. The outdoor patio is paved and has a patio set that one can use while enjoying the tranquil backyard. Just walking distance to the beach; towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and other equipment are provided to you. A new washer/dryer is available for your laundry needs. For your outdoor dining pleasure we provide a gas grill and patio table that sits six.

Very good property in North Naples

Exceptionally well-stocked property and very clean. Plenty of room for our party of 2. Mercato and beach are close, but not really walking distance. Very convenient to restaurants in North Naples area. Communication prior to our arrival could have been streamlined.

A perfect home base

Six of us stayed at this property at the end of February. Maria was very communicative and responsive to questions. The property was clean and well-stocked with essentials. Appliances were modern and beds were comfortable. Great location, as Vanderbilt Beach was only 3 minutes away by car or a 20-minute walk. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Lovely House on a quiet street

We had a lovely stay at this house, which is elegantly appointed inside. The furniture, the kitchen, the bathrooms ... everything is first-class. The location is very convenient to several beaches and to the many shops on Tamiani Trail. Just 15 minutes or less to downtown Naples, depending on traffic. We certainly will come again!.

'Home away from home' getaway

We had a wonderful 2-week stay in this very-comfortable home. One week we worked from 'home' and ended each evening at one of the nearby beaches, watching the sunset. We used the fully-equipped kitchen to cook when we chose to eat in, or else enjoyed dinner at a variety of restaurants close by. Friends joined us the second week and we were on full vacation. This house had plenty of room, plus beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to two beaches, and only a short drive to others. Terrific location. We'll be sure to stay here again when we return next March.

OK stay

Property was in a good location in north Naples. It was well stocked, having everything we needed in the kitchen. We stay at vacation rentals so we can do our own food. Having a BBQ grill was a must and it worked fine. A set of steak knives would be a nice addition to the kitchen, and was about the only thing missing. Surprisingly, no king bed in the master suite and all 3 queen beds were of equal extra firmness. Communication with the property owner was great! Her property manager lived two doors down and was very helpful and friendly. This is the only vacation rental I’ve stayed at where it wasn’t keyless entry and somebody came to give us keys to get in. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the house that we let the property manager know about. Nothing we needed taken care of immediately, but some things they would want to tend to before the next renters. Apparently, VRBO checked the amenity box of a hot tub at this property when none existed. Owner seemed unaware that this had occurred and contacted VRBO, who reached out with a generic ‘we hear something is wrong with your rental’ email, but did not offer any recompense or even respond to my reply to their email. Probably will not use a VRBO property again due to this experience as this seems to be a common issue with them falsely listing an amenity such as pool or hot tub. Lesson learned - pay attention to the pictures. If an amenity is listed but no picture provided, it’s probably not there.

A perfect stay

My wife and I spent the last two weeks of February in Naples and had the good fortune to rent Maria’s home in the North part of the city. We frequently rent vacation properties both in North America and Europe and have been lucky most times. This time however, we hit the jackpot. Maria’s home is not just any rental property. It is a lovely home in a nice and quiet neighbourhood that easily accommodates up to 3 couples. It has all the comforts of home, including great beds, good water pressure, air conditioning that is both efficient and quiet, a good size living room and kitchen in an open concept that is welcoming. My wife, who is an accomplished cook, tells me that the kitchen was perhaps the best equipped kitchen she has cooked in a vacation home. I, on the other hand was pleasantly surprised to find martini glasses and a shaker!!! For all those who are sun worshippers, the beach, one side of which is part of a very well run state park, is very close by. Although it is a walk-able distance it is best to use a car to transport the chairs and umbrellas, all of which are available and in great shape at the house. There are many interesting places to visit close by such as the Mercato with its restaurants, bars and boutiques, the must-see Seed to Table food market, and the Ritz, which is a great place to celebrate special events. Last but not least we had the guidance of both Maria and the property manager Emmanuel. They went to great lengths to make our stay a pleasure and our experience a memorable one. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely try to book it again next time we are in Naples. Constantine

Location, Location, Location

I feel so lucky to have found this home (& Maria) on VRBO.com. There were four of us traveling from Massachusetts and the house had plenty of room for all of us (& our two cars). This home is tucked away in a quaint neighborhood for R&R yet convenient to everything when you want to explore. It was our basecamp for a wonderful vacation exploring many of the State Park Beaches Florida has to offer. We visited the beautiful local beaches a couple of days and then drove to some of the other spectacular nearby beaches on other days. The house was stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to use on our day trips. I was able to watch the sunset from 5 different beaches, the Pier AND a boat during our stay here. There is a fully stocked kitchen in the home, but with so many restaurants and activities close by we never ended up cooking. We ventured out for different dining experiences every night. Did you forget something? This location has every store I needed within a 5 minute away. Do you need your Dunkies fix in the AM? We could walk to one nearby. The house was in wonderful shape when we arrived and the property manager made sure we were comfortable with everything. Maria was always available if I had any questions and I was very comfortable with her from the first time I talked with her. I have stayed in VRBO properties before but normally my traveling companions booked the trip. This was my first experience arranging the booking and I was so happy with the whole experience. I would definitely love to come back to visit 'Serene Getaway' and would recommend it to any of my friends traveling in the area.

This beautifully decorated house was a comfortable place to call home for my time in Naples. The location was ideal; close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and Route 41. A fully equipped kitchen with latest model appliances made staying in for meals a pleasure. Bathrooms were immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh. Owner was very accessible through text which provided peace of mind should I have needed to be in touch.
