The Neighborhood:

Nashville’s SoBro (“South of Broadway”) neighborhood is one of the main downtown areas, home to major attractions like the the Music City Center, as well as popular restaurants like The Southern, Etch, and Pinewood Social. Though it’s only steps away from Broadway, SoBro is its own neighborhood. It is, and will continue to be, one of the most highly developed areas of the city. You can easily walk from the honky tonks on Broadway to many of the SoBro businesses.



One of SoBro's standout features is its exceptional walkability. Most errands can be easily accomplished on foot, and the neighborhood enjoys excellent connectivity to public transportation. However, having a car can be beneficial for accessing areas beyond the downtown core.



Getting Around:

Guests at the Lindsley can walk to a handful of bars and restaurants, but they'll enjoy being just a short walk or drive from the heart of Nashville. Transportation options including Uber and Lyft are easy to come by, quick to pickup and typically affordable from this neighborhood.



Other Things to Note:

There is paid parking in a parking garage on the first floor of the building. Parking rates start at 10.99/hour or $52.50 per day. Guests of The Lindsley are offered 50% off of parking rates. Please note that these rates are made at the discretion of the building and may change without warning.

- Guest Verification: All guests are required to complete an additional guest verification process after booking, which includes signing a liability agreement.

- Local Bookings: We typically do not host local residents. We may inquire about the purpose of your stay and reserve the right to decline bookings.

- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for longer stays and is charged separately before check-in. The deposit is $500 for reservations between 22 days and 6 months, and $1,000 for reservations over 6 months.

- Child-Friendly Rentals: If you need a pack and play or high chair, please inquire for a unique link to rent these items.
