The room was pretty spacious, it worked for a family of 3. It was mostly clean- bathroom was eh. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We were about 1 mile from the boardwalk and across the street from the beach.The people who rented next to us #306..... were really weird and made it uncomfortable being there.

Having no elevator and being on the 3rd floor is no fun. The room itself was nicely decorated had a full sized fridge. The shower was awful. Super old shower head that just spit water on you. They had 2 TV’s but couldn’t figure how to watch anything due to apps and passwords etc. it was ok for a weekend stay but wouldn’t do longer than that.

The location was great as it was close to the beach, boardwalk and park. And the condo was pleasant and comfortable with a great view. It could have been cleaner as I found blueberries on the floor, a dust rag on the coffee table and someone else's beach and hand towels left in the bathroom. The shower didn't work well and the showerhead should be replaced as water is coming out where it shouldn't be and not as much from the showerhead. The front of the air conditioner was filled with dirt/dust and I felt like it was blowing out on me. Additionally, I never received the parking pass that should have been in the room. When I contacted Don Martin Vacation Rentals twice, they didn't respond. I felt like even if the person handling the unit was not available, someone from the agency should have responded. I finally did speak to someone when I called after I received an automated message from them telling me to return the parking pass (that I never received) when I checked out. I then received a subsequent message addressing some concerns. The things I mentioned (cleaning, communication, plumbing) could easily be addressed and if they were, it would make a much better impression on renters. I would love to stay in this unit again if these things were addressed.

Property is a great location. For beach lovers it’s a stone throw away. My granddaughter loved the pool. The people in the area are super nice. Easy drive to any need you may have forgotten at home. This was a trip for dance competition, we got around very easily. It is on the third floor but besides that we had a blast.
