Denne smukke 2 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser, (plads til op til 6 personer), pænt udpeget, havudsigt ejerlejlighed har et lille køkken, aircondition i begge soveværelser og det vigtigste rum, fjernsyn og dvd-afspillere i begge soveværelser og hovedrummet, en fold ud queen size sofa i hovedrummet, en mikrobølgeovn, brødrister, fuld størrelse køleskab og adgang til et fælles vaskemaskine og tørretumbler på samme etage som enhed.

If you're looking for fancy-schmantzy, this isn't the place for you.But if you want a clean, comfortable, close to the beach lodging this is the perfect place. And the price was reasonable.

Perfect for us

The property was a great location, just steps from the beach. The parking under the building was great and just steps to the elevator so we were able to keep our beach stuff in the car. The 2 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were great. There is not alot of space to cook or prepare food, but we planned on eating out anyway. The pools were very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation spot!

Check in was nice and easy. The beach is right there and they have 2 pools with nice warm water!! Awesome little ice cream place about 2 blocks away, and restaurants everywhere. Quick ride to the boardwalk and water parks. We had a great time!! Definitely a great place for a family getaway.

Barefoot Country

Location was great, buses stop out front all day to take you to pier and boardwalk. Pools were nice, unit was comfortable and spacious.

Close to beach

Location is on the beach! Quick walk which makes it easy for families. My husband did not like the smell of dust/mold. It didn’t bother me. The condo listing is correct. The owner provided us with good communication.

Family Fun

The location of the property was Perfect. Just steps to the beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my messages. We arrived a little early and he was kind enough to let us in the condo. Some upgrades are needed but overall this property worked out perfectly for our family.

Coming Back!

My in-laws stay at these condos every year and we have just hopped on the trend. I can see why they come back every year. The condo was so cute, perfect for a week-long beach vacation. The host was very easy to chat with. This is just seconds from the beach. Don’t believe the last reviews - book the trip. You’ll love it!

The place was adequate. Oddly enough there was a Kuerig machine but no coffee mugs?? Right on the ocean, which was very nice. The bathrooms need a good cleaning

Our apologies. When we stocked the unit for the season there were mugs. In addition, when we sent you our welcome message I stated that if you needed anything you should reach out to me. If you had told me the bathrooms needed a cleaning when you came into the unit, I would have sent me cleaning company back to clean the bathrooms again. We’re sorry.

What we arrived check in was very easy. Upon getting to our room we found only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. Contacted owner and more was delivered promptly. Was pleased with the room. Location of property is as advertised. Awesome! Thank you Vito, we will be back.

Wonderful location steps to beach

The condo was located right on the beach. You can see the bay and the beach from the fourth floor balcony, Sunrise Sunset. There are little diners located close by for breakfast luncheon dinner. The kitchen does not have very many cups and saucers and plates. It has a Keurig coffee maker. It has cable TV. The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time at the beach.

Great location, bare minimum unit

Giving this stay 4 stars because the owner is pretty upfront about what it is - near the beach at an affordable price. It was a good space for our family of 4 since we were barely in it. Everything in it is outdated but it was clean enough. Steps from the beach. Convenient access to laundry. This unit could be much better if linens were provided and little things like hand soap and enough toilet paper. Check out instructions would be helpful.

Good Value, but don't expect too much

Just came back from staying at the unit with our adult children. The unit is modest, but good value for the location. It was clean. Two bathrooms are a definite plus, though the kitchen is tiny. A lot of things in the unit could use updating, but everything functioned. There are pillows, but need to bring your own sheets and towels. There were only 3 chairs, which was strange for a unit that "sleeps 6", so one of us had to stand during meals...In short, if you're easy going enough and don't want to spend a fortune for a ocean-view stay, this could be the right place for you. :)

Great Location

Overall, this place was a great location and it met our needs as a family. Communication with the property manager was great and the check-in process was easy. The only problem was the cleanliness of the condo. There were animal paw prints on the wall, something splattered on the bottom of the fridge on the outside, and a burnt hotdog was still in the microwave from whoever was there before us. As with any beach rental you expect sand on the floor. However, these floors were so dirty that our feet turned black in addition to plenty of sand. We wore socks inside for the duration of the stay. All of that said, the location was within walking distance to the beach and we liked the laundry option located on our floor.

If you had told me the unit wasn’t clean, I would have sent the cleaning company back to do their job properly. Property needs major attention

The owner was quick to answer my messages upon our arrival to the building. I was informed after driving from Ohio to NJ that the larger bed had been upgraded to a King, which required a trip to Wal Mart to buy sheets and laundry detergent to wash them. Upon entry to the rental property, the smell was awful. The appearance was fine, but we could tell filters desperately needed changed and the cloth furniture had absorbed the odor as well. We spent Monday-Thursday with cups of fabric softener all over the rental to try to mask the odor--it didn't help. After 3 nights, we both had major throat and sinus irritation and checked out 1 day early on Thursday instead of Friday to try to prevent coming down with colds and sinus infections. I challenge the owner to stay there for a few days to address the issues. I had booked the property before the other negative reviews were viewable on the listing.

Incredibly dirty

Location was great, but that was the only thing. This place was incredibly dirty, didn’t have hot water for the last 2 days and had visible mold. The worst part is, after I told the owner, he told me “ I should have contacted him earlier “. We not only spent a 193$ on a “ service “ fee. But then spend about $50 on cleaning supplies and had to spend the first days of vacation deep cleaning the unit. We ended up leaving a day early because we could no longer stay there. The smell was so musty, that my brother in law gagged every time he walked in. I could not believe that this place was able to be rented. We ended up sending pictures to the town so they can further investigate. Not looking for a refund, just want to make sure families who are renting here in the future can see this honest review. I now know why you have to “ pay in full with no refunds “ for this unit.

If you had told me the unit wasn’t clean, as soon as you checked in (instead of the day before you checked out) I would have sent the cleaning company back to do their job properly and you wouldn’t have had to spend any money on cleaning supplies or time cleaning the unit. Oddly, you never mentioned having done so when you did call me the day before check out. You also never sent me any of the pictures (you supposedly sent to the town) that I asked you to forward to me of such conditions. Additionally, you never mentioned anything about a musty smell in the unit. With respect to the “service fee” as I am sure you are aware that is a payment made to VRBO for renting the unit, (like when you buy tickets from Ticketmaster), it has nothing to do with cleaning or maintenance. We do not receive that payment as unit owners, VRBO does. With respect to the hot water, as I know you were advised by the front office, one of the boilers in the building which supplies the hot water to approximately 20 of the 70 units in the building (and which I obviously have no control over) had a problem which needed to be (and was) repaired. Lastly, although you suggest something nefarious, it is my understanding that the “pay in full no refunds” policy is something offered to owners as an option by VRBO to protect owners against cancellations by renters which might prevent owners from re renting their units in time, during the busy summer season. Obviously, we have chosen that option as to our unit. It is also our understanding that you checked out on your scheduled check out day and not the day before. We are sorry if you did not fully enjoy your stay. We thank you for your review. It helps us improve the services we provide to renters. Have a great day!

Great location, but not Clean

The location was Great. The Cleanliness of the property was terrible. We walked in to a musty smell with closets overflowing no place to put personal belongs. The furniture was dirty with silverware in between cushions. My entire family couldn’t believe how dirty the floors were. We brought and had to go buy swiffers to clean the floors. I used an extra large box and floors were still filthy. The bathroom tubs would not go down, because of all the build up and hair was everywhere on the floors. I moved the sofa and there was so much dirt and debris. Headboard was falling off and detached. Under the beds were so filthy that my nephew wouldn’t put his hands under the bed to grab a toy that fell. My family has allergies and we struggled all week. We needed to plug things in and when we found a plug it was obvious it was not cleaned properly. The location was amazing, but the cleanliness and maintenance of property made me rate it low. We checked in early, but would of rather walked in to a clean property. We didn’t reach out, but once to the property manager. He apologized for any inconvenience, but we still had to clean to feel comfortable. I normally don’t rate a property so much on cleanliness, but we must of been one of the last stays for summer and cleanliness was not even a priority for the location.
