You will be living on Bonita beach. You can see from Naples to Fort Myers, Sanibel from the unscreened lanai. The pool is heated. The tranquil atmosphere invites you to relax after a day of exploring. There is fiber optic internet and basic TV. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your next adventure, this superb condo offers a welcoming retreat. Experience the magic of Bonita Beach at this condo on Hickory Island. There is no smoking allowed on this property interior or exterior. You can use public beach access next door. No pets allowed on property, renters or guests. Each unit only has one under-building parking space; no overnight guest parking either. All parking spaces are filled in season & on holidays.

There is a 30 day rental minimum & 31 day maximum starting lst day of each month for new renters. Repeat renters can book additional full months. If any owner makes a serious complaint about a renter, the association will not allow them to rent again.
Florida and Lee County tourist taxes are 11.5%.
Required Condo Association Administrative fee $100. If consecutive yearly stay same renter, no Admin. fee. Damage deposit is $500, fully refundable if no damage.
Owner will Refund total payment if a replacement rental is finalized. No sublease allowed by condo association.
