この美しい、最近リモデリングされた家は、ビーチのすぐそばにあります。これは、各階が独立した家で、それぞれのデッキがある2階建てのプライベートハウスです。上の階は、素晴らしいビーチの景色を提供します。すべての共用エリアは、新しい床、ペイント、家具、家電、電子機器が更新されています。

We had a fantastic stay. If you’re looking for a place on Fort Myers Beach, this is an excellent choice. The beach is fully restored and absolutely beautiful — the views from the deck are outstanding.The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, making it easy to cook meals at home. There’s a Publix less than a mile away that has everything you could possibly need, which is very convenient.As of February 2026, restaurant options on the island are still somewhat limited, with only a few places reopened so far — but that’s no reflection on the property itself.The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are updated and clean, and the host is extremely responsive and easy to work with.Thank you for a wonderful stay — we would absolutely come back.

The stay was fantastic... we were greeted by a property manager who was great and showed us around the unit (helped identify what switches to what lights, nuances about stove, sink and shower). Great location (near enough to Publix and shops and restaurants) but so so NOT in the craziness that other beach goes go for. Oh my - how well stocked the place was with pots and pans etc etc - and nice to have a box of laundry soap pods and drier sheets there. View was great, place relaxing and amenities up to date. The island is still recovering from previous storms and building is going on (could hear hammers etc at time) but understandable - not too early nor too late. The neighbor's music could be heard (seems an issue with placement of their sound system), and as the property manager told us, just swing by an let them know. I did and they were very very cool with turning down the level (esp the bass) - in fact invited us over for a BBQ ;) We want to go back ! (and that means a lot)

Amazing location. Very private area of the beach. Accessed the entire area by golf cart when we wanted to go out. Home was perfectly clean and comfortable. The beach was steps aways, the views were incredible. Couldn't have asked for a better location of home. Everything inside is new and comfortable. Not a single issue. Elevator at house made getting luggage moved in a breeze. Private covered parking was great. Area under house to keep beach items and come and go to the beach including showers to rinse off were great. Had everything we needed. 5/5 stars no question

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The space was generous and beautifully decorated. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning views from the house. Everything inside felt well-maintained and thoughtfully put together. Wonderful holiday week

The place worked out great for us. Plenty of space and great views. Having 3 full baths gave everyone the privacy they needed. Beach was relaxing and very few people but close enough to go to more populated area for restaurants.

Stunning Beachfront Property

This stunning beachfront property has all the comforts of home and is extremely clean. Beautiful kitchen with every kitchen appliance you could want. Our teenage son was in heaven watching the dolphins swim in the morning and catching an array of fish including baby sharks steps from the back door. Our teenage daughter loved the beach and sun bathing on the balcony. We enjoyed reading on the balcony and watching the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen! We loved having the hose outside to clean ourselves before stepping inside. There is a Publix just a few minutes away with the nicest employees. The owners have thought of everything from sewing kit to first aid kit to books and games. No complaints at all, just a few things to note. There are very few beach toys if you have young ones. The elevator was still not fixed so if you have someone older or with walking difficulty just make sure you ask if it has been fixed before you book. The elevator would have been the icing on the cake.

Family winter get away

The property was better than described! It was new, clean, and located right on the beach. The view was amazing and we made multiple trips each day to the beach. We had everything you could need for a week long beach vacation. We will make every effort to come back and would recommend this place to anyone wanting some “beach” time with family.

Really great place to stay

You don't need to bring a thing, it's fully stocked with beach chairs, toys, rafts, coolers, everything for the kitchen. The elevator is priceless. Beach access is right there, the kids stroller drove on it. The sunroom is now all glass windows that open with screens, really nice. Great communication with owner and check-in. Overall awesome experience.

Gorgeous views and easy access!

We traveled with our kids age 9 and 15 as well as my mother-in-law. Despite the wide range of ages we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The elevator made mobility a non issue for my mother-in-law and a breeze for groceries. The kids had a blast on the beach and there was a volleyball net down the way we were able to make some use with as well. We brought a lot of beach games and rafts and didn’t need them as this house has it all. The only thing we really had to get when we arrived was soap for the showers. Otherwise, the place had it all. It was the perfect house for us and we hope to come back. If you book this one you wont be disappointed. Thanks for the great stay!
