The house was disgusting. The online pictures were totally fake and deceptive. Towels were old and not fresh. Bed looked slept in under the comforter. Not made. Sheets not fresh. No toiletries. Carpet stained. Rubbish on corners of floor. Trash in kitchen sink. Dust on furniture and ceiling fans, window sills. Fridge door broken. I arrived on Friday morning. Instead of checking in on Thursday night as flights changed. Totally reprehensible do we notified host and VBRO and took pictures, requested refund and checked into the closest hotel.

Mrs. Karen, firstly we would like to express our regret that you arrived to the house and it was not up to your standards. Secondly we did immediately call you to offer to have our cleaners return to the house to address the issues, But it was your decision to refuse our offer. Finally, since you departed we had our cleaners return to address the issues.
