Welcome to your peaceful perch right in the heart of Honolulu. This 1-bedroom high-rise condo offers a clean and comfortable space with access to a massive pool deck for sunning, swimming or hosting or maybe all three, a full bathroom, and a thoughtfully arranged living area. Located on the 8th floor of the highly desireable Harbor Square community, it’s ideal for long-term guests, traveling professionals, or anyone seeking walkable access to downtown’s dining, transit, and cultural landmarks. Monthly Parking space is available for an additional fee, please inquire if parking is needed.

The space includes one Queen size bed with bedside tables and lamps, a fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans and plates, and everything needed to prepare your own meals, a dinette seating for two, a couch for lounging, a large smart TV for catching the latest from your favorite streaming service and of course the lanai with some peek-a-boo views of Pearl Harbor.

What we love: the walkability of downtown from here. Walk to the Aloha Tower Marketplace to catch a meal on the water or walk a few more blocks over to Chinatown which is where the real Honolulu Nightlife is with plenty of high-end restaurants, hole-in-the wall eateries that will have your taste-buds singing, and even a couple of dive-bars to offset the classier establishments that have taken over this historic district. Enjoy a Martini at Musee` or a Matinee at the Hawaii Theater where the Hawaii Film Festival features local artist each year, and of course don`t forget First Friday, the first Friday evening of each month, when all the art shops open up their doors and Chinatown turns into a walkable mass of those enjoying the Honolulu Art Scene.

A few blocks back you`ve got the Quintessential Hawaiian Cultural Icon the Iolani Palace and of course you are still a short uber away to all that Waikiki has to offer.

The building is secure with a keyfob and keycode front door. You`ll have full access to the entire building and all amenities, to include the Recreation Deck, Pool, Sundeck, Gas Grills and Laundry Facilities.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We`re only a phone call/message away. You will be able to check yourself in upon arrival.

Located in the heart of downtown Honolulu, this condo places you steps from the city’s historic, cultural, and business districts. Enjoy walkable access to ʻIolani Palace, Chinatown, Fort Street Mall, and the Honolulu Museum of Art. The area is vibrant during the day and quiet at night, ideal for professionals, long-term guests, and travelers seeking urban convenience.

The building is surrounded by public transit options, including multiple TheBus stops and the new Skyline rail station just a few blocks away. Rideshare and bike rentals are readily available, and most daily errands, cafés, and restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is not included, but paid garages and street parking are nearby.

Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned condo unit. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on site 24/7. There is 24 hour security and you will likely get to know the staff during your stay.

Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am out of respect for neighbors and in compliance with building policies.
Do not remove, relocate, or tamper with any furnishings or items in the unit — missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the unit
Please keep the front door locked whenever you leave the unit.
Post‑Checkout: items left behind incur a $50 handling fee plus shipping costs for USPS/UPS/FedEx returns.
-A $25 charge will apply for stains on items.
-For stays of one month, a mid-stay cleaning of toilets, tubs, sinks, and showers is required at a cost of $150.
-For stays of two months or longer, monthly cleaning of toilets, tubs, sinks, and showers is required at a minimum of once per month at a cost of $200 per cleaning.
-Additional turnover services are available upon request. Please inquire for pricing.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE UNIT or on the unit property unless explicitly designated by a sign designating an area for smoking. Additionally if the smell of smoking Tobacco, Hemp, Clove, Marijuana or any other organic or inorganic substances is observed inside the unit upon your departure there will be a $500 charge. Additionally, any evidence of illegal substances (Marijuana or other illegal substances) left behind by guests will be reported to authorities. We want you to enjoy your time with us, but we have ZERO TOLERANCE for Drug use and our properties are SMOKE FREE.
