The house was very clean and spacious. The host’s communication was excellent throughout our stay. The pool was clean and well maintained. Place was nice. Exactly as described. The beds were a little hard for me personally. There was trash left under the couch but we probably wouldn’t have found it if we didn’t have small children dropping toys. Overall a nice place to stay. Quiet neighborhood.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fantastic. The only thing that caught us a little off guard was the fence in the backyard is damaged and cattle from next-door were in the backyard. Check in and out was very convenient since you go straight to the house and not a management office.
