Property was clean. Not very stocked, old pots and pans, utensils, etc. Very spacious. Could use a renovation on the space. Patio had broken furniture. The grounds were beautiful.

For the price I paid for this condo it was no where near up to par. There was damages all over the condo. From broken tiles, to toilets and dryer not working. The couches were full of stains. Wall were beat up and just looked very poor. I would not ever stay in this condo or ever recommend it. I stay here year after year and this year we were very disappointed in this stay.

Absolutely love the resort and everything about this place. We knew the condo was outdated and that did not bother us. It was the roaches that would crawl across the bathroom floor, living room floor while watching a movie and then in the bedroom that fell onto my leg! So hopefully they can get on a spray schedule to fix this roach infestation. The elevator broken was another issue with luggage and groceries. But, we do understand things happen and did not let that bother us. We do look forward to returning to The Aegean!

We had a great trip! This was a wonderful sized place if you have a bigger family plenty of room for everyone! Getting into the condo was simple & easy! The only thing I would say would make things easier/better is if they let you know ahead of time that you will need to get parking passes after check in that you are only allowed a parking pass for two vehicles. I only say that because we didn’t know we were only allowed two vehicles & ended up having to search for safe public parking I feel like if you’re renting out a place that fits up to to 10 people then you should be able to accommodate the vehicles they drive there so they don’t have to pay for parking elsewhere. Everything else was fantastic! Also it is on the beach & has a nice pool but no beach towels make sure you bring your own!
