L'emplacement est privilégié (plage privée) et 250 pieds d'intimité en bord de mer. Très petit complexe .. Près de la plupart des restaurants, attractions et magasins.

Comptoirs en pierre blanche, armoires blanches, cuisine entièrement équipée.
Un grand espace salle à manger, une longue table à manger de 6 à 8 places et quatre tabourets de bar complètent vos options de restauration.

Le salon comprend deux canapés et deux grands fauteuils.

Bed1 est au premier étage et occupe 1 lit king
Bed2 est maître au 2ème étage avec grand balcon privé, .occupe 1 lit king, 2 lits jumeaux
Bed3 est au 2e étage à l'arrière du condo, occupe 1 lit king, 2 lits jumeaux

The location was amazing! The condo is well maintained and cleaned. Sleeping areas were all comfortable and cozy. Very spacious for 8 of us to spread out while still offering large areas for time together. Kitchen well stocked with all tools needed if choosing to eat in. The three bathrooms made it very convenient to clean up after a day at the beach or before heading out to check out the numerous restaraunts and attractions near by, most within walking distance. The private beach area was perfect and not over crowded, beautiful white sands and just the right amount of waves for everyone to enjoy. Bonus: many of the days we were able to watch multiple groups of dolphins playing right near the shore. The pool and hot tub were also nice, clean, and both the perfect temperature.

Perfect for family

Condo was very spacious and clean. Building is small therefore beach is not crowded! Lots of covered parking. Property was very secure and safe.

Great location, right on the beach, quiet, spectacular views. The negative for us would be that the condo is very outdated, tired, worn and in dire need of upgrades throughout the condo.

Hi Barbara , Thank you for your review Im glad you loved the location,spectacular views and the very private uncrowded beach. I think many travelers love the location, very small complex, the amount of private beach space there actually is on the shoreline and the great sleeping capacity. There have been many upgrades made in the last two years.. Dining furniture, stainless appliances ,washer /dryer, new outdoor furniture, new bedroom pieces,mattress and more.The condo itself is very clean and very comfortable The pictures depict the unit exactly the way it is. Im glad you really liked the cleanliness of the condo as you stated when you walk walked in... You mentioned oudated,but again the pictures depict the unit exactly. I know you were a little upset that an 11AM checkin was impossible as another traveler left at 9:30 that morning and you also wanted a very late checkout which again isnt reasonable when there is a turn the same day. Your arrival date was Saturday the 22nd not March21st.I think you got confused because you told me you stayed at a hotel the night before. Thanks for coming and enjoying our beautiful beaches and,we wish you happy beach travels in the future!

Great Destin Location

This was a great vacation and a great place to stay with 11 people. The place was clean and well furnished. It had a washer and dryer that was used alot. We had plenty of parking, we had to park three vehicles. Anne answered all our questions promptly. If you need a three bedroom condo in Destin, this one should be at the top of your list to rent!

By the sea

The property is not brand new but it is well-kept and functional and that is just fine with me friendly staff friendly Contacts clean very thought out floor plan right bye the ocean on the beach close to the shops dining not fat from fishing, spa , beds were very comfortable, we will be returning.

The location was excellent. Beach and pool were great. The condo could have been cleaner...especially floors and bathrooms. Decorating is awful. Cluttered dust collecting stuff everywhere, even on closet floor. Clean it out. Then it would be much more appealing.

Hi Carol Thank you for the feedback. I am glad you enjoyed the great location the walking to the restaurants and the very private beach ,pool and the beautiful view from both balconies. I did have the cleaners go in and do extra cleaning to dust the decorating apparel And give the floors an extra clean. Sorry about the beachy decorating I think it is a personal choice some people love it. All in all I hope you had a good time and you will return to Destin again..

Location is the only good thing about this place

This place needs some serious attention. $8000 for a week and people were sleeping on broken beds. I wish there was an option to leave pictures. The whole building in general is not great. The kitchen is not fully equipped. There were 10 of us and there was not even enough silverware for everyone. We had to go out and buy an electric griddle because the pans were not usable. The refrigerator was duct taped together and rusting. The twin beds in both of the bedroom are broken and falling apart. The linens were stained and what wasn’t visibly stain was so old it was falling apart the bedroom with the balcony had black mold of the ceiling. There towel racks were falling apart or missing. Pictures and decor was falling apart and screws just sticking out of the wall. All the vents were dirty rusted. The doorway in is falling apart and dangerous. The couch’s are so old and covered with dirty blankets to cover the other stains. I was not happy with this place at all. I emailed as soon as we got there with all of the things wrong so we were not held responsible and just got a “thanks for letting me know” response. The location and private beach was the only thing that made this place tolerable.

Hi Debra, I am glad you loved the location of the unit in this very small complex in Destin. No crowds or hoards of people. The beach is so very private and spacious in nature. The reason for this is that there is adequate beach frontage and very few units resulting in very few people on the sands allowing much room to play frisbee, beachball games and truly enjoying the coastal experience.. The unit is very very clean, mostly all major surfaces are disinfected. towels and linens are washed at the hottest temperatures, white and clean . I might add that your party stained one the king beds terribly during your weekly stay It was not quite 8000 dollars you paid for your stay and remember this unit Sleeps 12 plus your stay was in prime high peak season. The twin bed was not broken ,the frame was slightly bent probably from another toddler traveler jumping on it... It has been replaced.. The kitchen is well stocked and clean but there was a teflon pan that was scrapped badly , that has been thrown away I have many repeat customers and most prior reviews including the traveler that just came in just before and after you departed left great comments and reviews, they had a great time. We welcome you back to Destin in the near future and wish you happy travels always......

Perfect family vacation

The floor plan of this unit and the location of the complex made for a perfect family vacation. We spent each day on the beach, then the kids wanted to stop for a little pool time before returning to the room.

Deep cleaning is a must

The location is great close to amusement attractions, the place's is big enough for a family of 10 . Beautiful views from the balconies every morning.but when we arrived the floors were dirty and some of the blankets and pillows had blood spots. and the ice/water dispenser was dirty we had to buy ice bags .

Great location.

This was a great place to stay. Right on the beach with a good sized pool and hot tub to share with other condo guests. Covered parking was nice though a little tight. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, average condo.

We greatly enjoyed the location of this property. Great proximity to the beach, pool and back porch restaurant. Our private beach was never crowded and the pool was never too crowded either. The gas grills were great for preparing meals. The view from the deck was great.

Awesome beach front view!

The 3 bedroom condo had comfortable king beds, enough seating for all 6 of us and an incredible ocean front view. The only negative for us was the dirty floors.
