The Space:

Sterling Shores is under renovations for a beautification project. You may see minor construction.

The stylish blue decor of this fully updated, 10th-floor condo is matched only by the stunning blue of the Gulf of Mexico, just outside your balcony doors. Stash your bags in one of three comfortable bedrooms, grab a frosty beverage, and step outside to begin enjoying the view immediately. Snooze on a chaise or rock in one of the chairs surrounding the patio table before deciding how to spend the day. The beach is steps away.



Inside, you’ll love the whimsical coastal decor and wide-open layout, perfect for entertaining and gathering as a group. The chef can make mealtime magic in the full, well-equipped kitchen, and everyone can eat together at the adjacent table for six or pull up a barstool to keep it casual. Don’t want to cook? No problem - you’re surrounded by lots of local restaurants within walking distance. After a day on the sand, return to relax in the central AC. Use the free WiFi to post the day’s beach pics to social media and watch a little TV to unwind. Call it a night in one of three well-appointed bedrooms, but not before one last visit to the balcony to admire the starry skies over the Gulf.

Beautiful home and spectacular view

The patio and ocean view are amazing. Very spacious, comfortable patio, living and dining room seating. Beds were quite firm, which our group found uncomfortable.

Awesome property

Property was just as pictured. It was well equipped with kitchen utensils and beach equipment. The view is amazing and we loved waking up to it! I Would definitely stay here again and be sure recommend this condo to family and friends!😀

Photos need updating!!

The condo was much nicer in person than it is in the photos. The location is perfect and the ocean views from the 10th floor were amazing! Everything from check in to check out was seamless. I will 100% rent this place again.

Beautiful home

This was our favorite home in Destin! We’ve been a few times before, but I will definitely book this one again! The home is beautiful, updated decor ( I believe they have updated since pictures were taken and everything was even better than we expected)! Plenty of space for 7 of us. Great distance from beach, shopping, harbor and anything else we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with what we would need. Plenty of linens for bed and bath. Great view from balcony. Pool was wonderful too. Loved our week in Destin!

Amazing place

We couldn’t be happier with this location and condo unit! Everything was perfect and beautiful. O do have a question. We ended up taking one bracelet home with us in our belongings. How do I get it back to you without getting charged?

Seafood and Relaxation

My wife, I and old friends (we've known them a long time and yes they are seniors) spent three fun days planning our dinner visits without having to wait for two hours to eat and feasted on wonderful gulf seafood. Our days were spent in luxurious accommodations playing cards and games after leisure breakfast trips to a host of fine restaurants. Occasionally we ventured out to admire the beach and surrounding vistas. It was a great way to enjoy Destin. We've been there many times before with our children enjoying the wonderful beach, playing mini golf, zooming around go kart tracts and hearing mommy, daddy watch this! Yes, Destin has a different side and we loved it!!! Thank You!!

Ocean View

The view of the Destin Harbor was magnificent. The condo decor was nice. The property advertised a jacuzzi but there was not an electrical connection for the jets which was disappointing. The hall bathroom tub was resurfaced/refurbished and started to peel when one of my guests took a bath. The oven did not work. It flashed an error message. The property manager and a maintenance person did come up and check out both issues. The issues were not resolved before I left. The owner agreed to credit back a night's stay. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with and do not feel I was compensated enough for the inconvenience.
