Welcome to Beach Therapy, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo at Sterling Shores — because there’s no better cure for stress than sun, sand, and sea. Perfect for one or two families, this spacious retreat combines comfort, style, and a prime location.

The condo features two king bedrooms, one with an ensuite and jetted tub. The third bedroom has a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk, private kitchenette, ensuite with jetted tub, and a private entrance—ideal for extra privacy and convenience.

Sterling Shores amenities include two resort-style pools (one heated seasonally), a fitness center, beach access, and a BBQ area, all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. You’re also just steps from Destin’s pristine white sand beaches. Beach service of 2 chairs and a beach umbrella is included in this rental and is provided by La Dolce Vita.

For dining nearby, take a short walk to The Back Porch, a local favorite for fresh seafood and breathtaking Gulf views.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!!! We will definitely be staying again...there was so much to do with the kiddos also. This condo is probaly the most clean and organized condo that we have ever stayed in!!!

My family stayed at Beach Therapy condo from June 26-July 3, 2026. The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was super clean and totally stocked with everything you need and more! I was actually very surprised at how well it was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, little travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotions in all 3 bathrooms, make-up wipes, closet hangers, pillows, blankets, towels, and the list goes on! The beds were firm, but that's the way I like them, so my husband and I slept great! The balcony furniture was very nice too! The condo was beautifully decorated and I actually like that they had some decor 'hot glued' or something on shelves so they couldn't fall off and break! The condo is right to the left as soon as you get off the elevator, so that is always a fantastic convenience! The ONLY complaint that I have (and I'm sure it was an overlook by the cleaning service), we only had 2 washcloths in each bathroom? 5 towels, 2 washcloths! We did go to nearby Walmart and just bought a pack we can also use at home, so it wasn't that big of a deal, but that's my only complaint! I highly recommend Beach Therapy condo. If we could afford to buy it, we would in a heartbeat!! A

Great Views

Our family of 9 booked this for 3 nights. It was the perfect setup for us. Large rooms with a large living and dining rooms. It had an awesome view from the living room and master bedroom. Great location from the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful property. We have stayed in this building multiple times on previous trips. This unit was very spacious and accommodating for our large group. It offered everything that we needed. The balcony is very large also and all the furnishings were nice. I would rent this one again. The only negatives that I have are that we didn't realize there was construction happening on the building etc so it was very noisy at times during the day and the pillows were very hard/firm in the bedrooms.
