The Space:

Stop dreaming of sunshine and relaxation and make your next beach holiday a reality with this second-floor condo at Silver Dunes! This Gulf-facing resort is located directly on the coast, offering the best spot for beachgoers. Complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and an umbrella is provided. In addition, you will be within 10 miles of fantastic and must-visit attractions, including The Track - Destin, Henderson Beach State Park, Xtreme H20, Emerald Bay Golf Club, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, and Fort Walton Beach Landing Park! Great restaurants are within walking distance as well. Silver Dunes' community amenities include a sparkling outdoor pool, a tennis court, a fitness center, and a shared washer/dryer.



This air-conditioned condo boasts an extensive balcony with direct pool views, plenty of seating options, and even an outdoor dining table.



Inside, you'll find an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Unwind on the comfortable sofas in the living area and watch a favorite show or movie on the cable-equipped smart TV. When mealtime comes, and it is time to prepare something delicious for the crew, the well-appointed kitchen will have your back!

Perfect location

This condo is located in a perfect area! We could see the ocean and the pool from the patio. Ocean was a very short walk and the complimentary beach chair service was definitely a perk. Our bed was comfy too! It was perfect for our family of 4! I love how close it is to restaurants too! The resort and our condo is a little “dated” so if that’s something that is important to you then you may not love this area as much as I did. For the price, location and amenities I was very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Extremely NICE place to stay

This condo is beautiful! So nicely furnished! So clean and good location. I was shocked that the online pics in the listing were accurate. Nice assortment of kitchen items. Extra blankets and sheets. Our only complaint would be that the king size bed has a big lump that makes you fall towards the edge of bed and it’s not comfortable at all. Don’t get much sleep. I would definitely rent again and tell family to also

Nice location needs a little refresher

Overall, property was fine for the price. I feel like it needs a refresher in the bathrooms and a good cleaning. For instance, they should not have bath mats that are not the towel kind they get laundered after every visit. The carpets in the bedrooms need to be changed out to laminate type flooring so they can be swept and mopped between visits. They also need to have a regular coffee maker in the kitchen, not just a K cup maker. That is not accommodating if you have a family of coffee drinkers like we did. I called the office and they refused to bring me one and we ended up having to buy our own from Walmart. They’re only 20 and should be stocked in this kitchen. Overall, it was nice place outside of some little things like that, the location was great. Very close to the beach and pool! Loved having the beach Chairs and access to a nice pool area. Overall would stay again they just need to pay attention to some cleaning and little details to make this a five star accommodation.

TVs not working

Main TV in den and TV in Master Bedroom did not work. On phone with Cox 35 minutes--was toldl to call its Sales Dept tomorrow. Called Vacasa--after long hold was told someone would come the next day (Monday). Still no fix on Monday (now 2 days no TV). Condo front desk sent repair Tuesday. It did not hold--had to come back Wednesday. Also had to use plyers to remove forcibly stopper from kitchen sink drain. Debris had built up.

Silver Dunes A202

The location was perfect. I would definitely stay in Silver Dunes again, just not in Condo A202. There are many things I could address but here are some that just can’t be overlooked. Everything but maybe the kitchen needs to be completely renovated. Air vents were practically falling out of the ceiling with black looking mold all around them. The bedrooms have old nasty carpet in them. Both showers were terrible. One felt like you might fall through the middle of it. The ice maker barely made any ice. Previous reviews said it was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. I’m not sure what has happened since their stay but that was not our experience. We had hair in the shower, used pimple patches on the night stand, and q-tips on the end table. I could go on but you get my point. Hopefully, this review gets posted so you won’t be misled like we were based off other reviews.
