Enjoy a tranquil evening in your enclosed backyard featuring a gas grill, an extensive patio with several seating options, and a seating area with a firepit, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare mouth-watering homemade meals, while the private washer/dryer ensures you can stay comfortable during your extended stay. The living room and dining area are simply unique with hand-carved teak furniture. Spread out comfortably on the recliners in the living area and watch a favorite show on the TV with surround sound with subwoofers. There is an electric fireplace available for the winter months. Enjoy board games for additional fun, while a Pack 'N Play is provided for the little ones. A workspace is perfect for remote work and distance learning. This darling property also has central AC to keep you cool in the summer months and a Germ Guardian portable air purifier.
