This beach beauty is part of the Dunes of Seagrove complex, which grants you access to extraordinary on-site amenities, including sparkling outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, a BBQ area with gas grills, a tennis court, bike rentals, a sauna, and easy beach access (200 feet away) through a boardwalk with 20 stairs.

This second-floor coastal gem is the ideal home base for all your next adventures. Discover a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one - ideal for memorable gatherings and fun! Make yourself at home and unwind in the inviting living room featuring comfy sofas and a TV with cable to keep you all entertained. The living room opens onto a covered balcony with impressive views of the Gulf of Mexico, the beach, and the community pools. It's the perfect spot to chill with your guests, dine alfresco, play board games and cards, and enjoy the refreshing breeze. You are a stone's throw from 30A's restaurants, however, if you are not in the mood to go out, you can always surprise your guests with delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Additional perks include a washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Two free bike rentals are provided seasonally (March through October).

Building A is fully completed and open. Building B is undergoing exterior painting and balcony inspections. Building C is experiencing patio railing installation, inspections, and exterior painting.

Due to construction materials, the parking garage underneath Building C is completely blocked. On-site parking is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage bringing only one vehicle per party, if possible. Please expect intermittent noise, dust, and debris during your stay. Thank you for your patience as we improve our property.
