The Space:

Up to six guests can bask in the ocean views from this 1,706 sq ft, beachfront condo. Outside, feel the ocean breeze from your private balcony, or take in the views from inside through the amazing floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to a shared hot tub, pool, fitness center, and the adjacent white sugar sand beach.



What's nearby:

Just two miles down the coast, visit St. Andrews State Park for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, and canoeing. Indulge in some family fun at Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center, an indoor/outdoor complex featuring go-karts, mini-golf, and an arcade, a little over a mile away. And when the sun goes down, adults can cut loose at places like Coyote Ugly, Sweet Dreams, and the Salty Goat Saloon, all within seven miles of your rental.

You're perfectly positioned to witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. For entertainment, Pier Park is a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and WonderWorks. If the weather isn't cooperating, enjoy indoor fun at Dave & Buster's or catch a movie at the AMC theater, also located at Pier Park. Embrace the 'Fun in the Florida Sun' and create unforgettable memories!



Other Things to Note:

REFRIGERATOR: There may be a 12-hour delay in the cooling process of the fridge when you first arrive and load groceries, so please plan accordingly.

SECURITY: Security is on-site from 5 pm to 5 am nightly.

FRONT DESK: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST.

FITNESS CENTER: The fitness center is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Please wear shirts and shoes at all times and wipe down equipment after use. The fitness center is located in the east tower on the Lobby Floor.

COFFEE SHOP: The shop is open from 7 am to 2 pm daily. The shop is located in the West tower on the Lobby level.

POOL: The pool/spa are open from 8 am to 10 pm. No horseplay is allowed.

QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you!

RULES: No smoking or pets are allowed. No emotional support animals are allowed per HOA regulation.

AC: Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees or above 78 degrees to avoid issues. Please also keep balcony doors closed while the AC/heat is on.

RIPTIDE BAR AND GRILL - The poolside grill is open from March to September. Located by the Ground level pool area.

BEACH SERVICES- We are not associated with beach service. Beach service may be complimentary to some units via Splash HOA/Owner(s), Guest must visit the Beach Hut located on the beach for more information regarding if beach service is complimentary for the booked unit or the pricing and availability.

LUGGAGE CARTS- Luggage carts are located on the lobby level of the parking garage; first come first serve.

PARKING: Palm Coast Code Chapter 44-Parking on the street or lawn is prohibited. -Parking in the swales is prohibited between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. -Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.-It is prohibited and unlawful to park or store a utility trailer at any time.-Trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored in an off-site storage area (RV’s, Boats, travel trailers, utility trailers, etc.) No commercial vehicles allowed. Should you have any questions about what is allowed to be parked at this residence please contact us immediately.

THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sandcastles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand, please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched, don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. The sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on.

Is there any food in the vacation home? No. All open food products including salt, pepper, sugar, seasoning and coffee are thrown out after every check-out.

Is there an ice maker on the property? No, every unit has a refrigerator with an ice maker

Is there daily housekeeping service? No.

Is the pool heated? No.

Is there a crib? No. Crib Rental Companies: Crib Connection, Beach Baby. Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to guest arrival

Is children day care or nanny service available? No, if you need someone to watch an elder or children, you can contact “Nurse or Nanny home health”

Is there a church or chapel at the resort? No, the closest church is PCB First Assembly of God. The church is 0.6 miles away and has a Wednesday worship at 7:00 PM with a complimentary dinner from 6:00 PM - 6:40 PM Sunday worship 10:30 AM

What time is check in? Your check-in will be promptly at 4 PM.

Is there entertainment close by? Yes, Pier Park (Panama City Beach), an outdoor mall with plenty of places to choose to Eat, Drink, Shop & with Entertainment that includes a fishing pier, Dave & Busters and the SkyWheel ferris wheel.

CELL PHONE RECEPTION: Your vacation is in paradise. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing and relaxing. Unfortunately, this beauty limits the amount of cell phone towers in the area. The coverage is marginal with one or two bars and even worse when the network is over capacity with thousands of visitors in town.



Interaction with Guests:

ARRIVAL: Check-in starts at 4 PM CST and is guaranteed by 6 PM. You may check into your condo using the code in the check-in email. You will need to register with the Splash Gift Shop. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm daily. Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle and wristbands must be worn in order to use on-site amenities. If you are checking in after the desk is closed, you will need to stop by the following day to retrieve the materials. You may still use the amenities if you arrive after hours.

Beds were not good in either room and dryer would not work, problem with turn on switch.

We loved the condo as far as size, layout and view. But beds and appliances need to be updated.

Perfect Location

Sterling Beach is always a great choice and this condo was wonderful. Very clean and spacious. Beds were firm but comfortable. I usually won't use a rental's jacuzzi tub, but it was clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Blender looked really old, but worked better than my new one at home. Family pictures around the unit were sweet and homey. We had a wonderful stay!! Thank you owners for sharing your family condo with our family.

Lovely Condo

The Condo was lovely. Very well decorated and nice. It was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. The view from the 15th floor is breathtaking. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The only small issue we had was the broken and buckled floor tiles in front of the kitchen sink. Definitely could not walk around barefoot. Other than that, we had no issues whatsoever.

Nice facility with a gorgeous view

Maintenance was very slow to respond to repairs. Toilet wouldn’t flush and icemaker didn’t work, owner called maintenance but they did not respond during our visit.

Relaxing Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Sterling Beach. Parking was easy. Elevators were clean and fast. Our room was spacious and as described online.. I have 2 complaints about our stay. 1. There were no rugs as sand was easily tracked in and around the condo. I spent a lot of time sweeping . There was also a lot of sand and dust under beds. A good dust mopping would be beneficial. The mattresses were squeaky and not very comfortable. I would have expected better with this nice of a condo.

Needs amenity updating.

Furniture is old and filthy. Recliner in pictures was different and very rickety. Party of the reason we picked this unit because of the big recliner only to be disappointed. Old dishwasher didn't get dishes clean. Old dryer didn't get clothes dry unless ran for hours. Noisy place. There was an awful drive most of the time. Elevator noise was pretty bad. The view was breathtaking. Needs we're okay. Bedding was bad. Old pillows.

Dishonest deal

The room was great, the problem is you didn't disclose that the balcony view would be blocked by scaffolding. Saying the roof of the resort is being worked on isnt an acceptable disclosure, it should have explicitly said the balcony view would blocked. That was wrong on your part. No one at VRBO or #vacasa tried to remedy the situation after promising me I'd get a call back.
