Sterling Beach Resort is one of the Emerald Coast's newest and most luxurious condominiums. Residing on a quiet part of Thomas Drive, Sterling Beach enjoys over 300 beautiful feet of beach directly on the Gulf!

This high end condominium has it all! From serene mornings at the beach, fun days around the free form tropical pool, hot tub and grill area, afternoon cocktails with extraordinary Gulf views on your own private balcony, or romantic sunset walks along the waters edge! Relax and cuddle up around the TV to watch a movie, or enjoy local attractions, cuisine, shopping, theaters and night life!

This spacious upscale unit has all the amenities of luxury living away from home. Decorated in a West Indies style the master is furnished with a king bed, whirlpool bath, separate shower, double marble vanities and a direct Gulf front view. The living room is beautifully decorated with plush leather furniture, as well as a 65' LED 4k TV and cable. The dining area seats six with room for more at the breakfast bar / kitchen counter. The large fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances of home, Corian countertops, plus anything you would need to prepare a feast and dine in. The second bedroom is decorated with a nautical theme painted a beautiful sky-blue and equipped with a queen-sized bed. No more than six people to spend the night. Our calender is ACCURATE and UP TO DATE!

This is a beautiful condo in a small quiet property. Immaculately clean! Beautifully decorated and one of the best stocked kitchen of any place I’ve ever rented. The beach chairs and umbrella included is a great bonus!

Great location right on the beach. Convenient parking close to the condo. Very clean with everything you need for making your own meals. Long patio for relaxing and watching the Gulf.

WONDERFUL

Our stay at Sterling Beach was simply amazing! Thomas has a beautiful condo unit.. I have never been so comfortable in a condo unit before! The master bed sheets were the softest I've slept on away from home! He had all the necessary items needed in the condo for our trip. Check in was perfect as he contacted us immediately after cleaning crew was done. We will definitely be staying again when in this area! Thank you Thomas!

Great location! Miles of beautiful beach. The condo was really nice: spacious, clean, nice balcony with view, good cable, beds and linens are good. , many good restaurants. Loved it and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful condo

Beautifully decorated condo, immaculately clean, very spacious and well maintained. The condo is in a small complex so not very crowded, and pretty quiet. The pool area and exercise room were very nice. The owner and property manager were great to work with. I will definitely stay here again when we return to PCB.

Very nice accommodations right on the beach.

The condo is nicely furnished in bright colors, decor very cheery. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous! I can't think of one thing that is missing to make your stay fun and comfortable. Convienent to resturants and stores by car and not walking. Easy parking, no big deck to haggle through. I rate 5 stars

Phenomenal!

We had a fantastic experience. Tom was absolutely wonderful to rent from, he was easy to communicate with and very flexible. He really went out of his way to ensure our stay and check-in process was perfect. The condo was the cleanest I have ever had from a VRBO rental, equipped with everything we needed! Having the beach service included was a great addition and savings, so we appreciate that. I highly recommend this condo and hope to rent from Tom again!

easy access to everything

We have stayed at Sterling Beach about 12 times and love the simpleness of parking, getting to the room, access to the beach and location on the beach. This room was decorated and updated very well. Owner always was available to communicate with. The added ease of prepaid beach chairs was a great bonus. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation.

It was property number 24025 at Sterling and they furnished extras like beach towels and extra beds. Plus free beach chairs for the stay. That means a lot when renting. Plus comfy beds.

Beautiful views from balcony and nice large pool

We really enjoyed our stay at PCB. The condo was very nice. The decor was nice and the condo was roomy. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It has a really large outdoor pool. I like that the condo rental came with two chairs and umbrella for the week also. Everyone was very nice and check in was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Tom is an airline pilot and Melanie is pediatric pharmacist that writes for a medical reference company. We have two young girls (11 and 12 years) who love the condo and beach. Our dogs Franklin and Walter have not been even though they jump in the car when we head over.

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase a vacation home at Sterling Beach for one simple reason: LOCATION! It's in a quiet section of Thomas Drive & right on the beach. It's easy enough to get to all the attractions but not so close that they intrude on one's quiet time.

What makes this property unique

The unit itself is large, almost 1500' under air, ten foot ceilings, over sized balcony, professionally painted and decorated. The condo complex is private, well landscaped both in the front as well as the pool area with pavers, grill area, gym overlooking the pool, and a theater / meeting area. Local attractions include child friendly events (go-carts, water slides, putt putt golf, fishing, beach, movies) as well as adult friendly areas (golf, dining, fishing, wave runners).
