The Space:

This condo has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit B603 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Decorated in tropical blues and greens this home is beautiful and well equipped with many amenities. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The bunk room includes a TV with cable accessibility. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience. WiFi is also available in the home.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

LOVELEY RESORT

IT WAS OFF-SEASON, YET THE PLACE WAS PACKED, PROBABLY BECAUSE IT IS BEAUTIFUL! RESORT WAS CLEAN, PLENTY OF CHAIRS AT THE POOLS AND THE BEACH. LOW NOISE LEVEL. BEACHES CAN'T BE BEAT.

This was our third time staying at Waterscape. This view and condo was perfect with the exception of the guest room bed was very squeaky and the pillows were pretty hard throughout the house.

The condo was perfect for our needs. Typically I would choose an even numbered condo at Waterscape so I can have a wonderful balcony view but this worked perfect! We could still see water and enjoy the sunset. The condo it self was clean and had everything we needed. THANK YOU!

We had a great time. Pics of view don’t do it justice. Close to the surf line. Very private balcony. Kid friendly resort. Huge master bath and large guest bath. Master bath was more than big enough for the baby to sleep in the pack and play. Pay the extra for this view and privacy.

The condo we originally had was not available 5 days before we were to leave. We were given several options for another condo and picked Waterscape. It was the right decision. Would definitely recommend this place.

Check in and out was simple and quick. Room was very clean and accommodating. Loved the view. View cosmetic things when we checked in- a towel rack was broken prior to our arrival and was just laying on the tub, one of the dresser drawers bottom had fallen through. Didn't bother us. We loves it. We will return.

Absolutely Lovely

We had a wonderful time at Waterscapes in B603. The resort amenities, pool, and beach are superb! There is an elevator right outside this unit that makes getting around so easy. The pictures don’t do the ocean view justice. The things that set this place apart from others we’ve stayed at are the extra 1/2 bathroom, the massive bathrooms and showers (they’re big enough to put a pack-n-play in and not feel in the way), more than enough towels, and room darkening curtains. It looks like there is new flooring in the bedrooms and living/dining/kitchen area. Our kids were blown away by the pool, and the Fudpuckers poolside tiki bar was great! They also have fun extras like glow parties, hair wraps, rubber ducky races, and fireworks each day/night. We definitely want to come back!
