This lovely blue cottage is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom with high ceilings and exposed rafters that give the house an airy feeling.

The bathroom is large and spacious and features a large garden tub to relax in at the end of the day. It is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. **Ask us about our bubble bath packages**

There is hi-speed internet and an area that can function as an office if you need to work on your laptop.

This family friendly home can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. The location near TCU make it ideal for families, couple getaways, TCU games, trips to the Zoo & events at Dickies Arena. Centrally located within minutes to all Fort Worth’s best attractions & restaurants & adventures.

Parking: There is a covered carport in the back that can accommodate 2 vehicles or in the driveway or street.

***A guest house sits in the back of the home that is occupied by a long-term tenant, a famous local comic. The home does not share any part of the dwelling. If you are a fan of comedy and are staying on Thursday or Friday nights we can usually get tickets at the local comedy clubs ***

The home was super nice and quiet. My trip was just a little relaxing get away with not too many plans so it was perfect for just that. It wasn’t too far away from other things in ft worth that we did end up wanting to go and do food and activities both! Was definitely a wonderful stay!

The neighborhood was quiet. The carport in the back of the property was able to accommodate our truck and car. The house was nice and comfortable. Communication was excellent! I had to make some last minute arrangements, and Alex was prompt in responding and providing solutions. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a great experience. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The only disappointment was finding out about the pet fee after booking, as it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Being transparent about additional fees upfront would make the experience even better for future guests. We’d still recommend this place and enjoyed our stay.

Host was very friendly and responsive! Kitchen had everything we needed. We did hear a train while we were sleeping. The home was clean but did show signs of wear such as mold around the bathroom windows and in the shower. Very close to TCU.
