Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

If you use any dishes during your stay, we would be grateful if you would clean them. Trash and recycle days are Wednesday mornings.
Garage is not for guest use.
We welcome kids, but guests are responsible for all bedding, etc. The only items provided, at no cost by the host, Pack ’n play (no sheet), highchair.

This was such a lovely place to stay! Super conveniently located with lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, and things to do nearby (event within walking distance). We had a wonderful time here, and it was perfect for seeing a concert at Dickies Arena!

We stayed for a week and this house was perfect for our stay. Very close to everything we needed, beautiful and peaceful neighborhood and Kolby was very responsive every time. The best was the cleanliness of the home, definitely 5 stars on clean. If we return to FW we will be booking this one again.

Perfect place to stay if you are going to the Dickies arena for any event. It is an easy 15 minute walk. Very safe neighborhood to walk in. Coffee shop and donut shop nearby that you can walk to. CVS within walking distance. Restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I came down from Va for the PBR world finals. We got an uber from the airport to the VRBO and then walked to used uber for the remainder of our trip. We had an unexpected issue and had to change our plans. Kolby was amazing and very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again when coming back to Fort Worth. Kolby was a 10/10 host!!
