The Space:

Located 1 mile from Lake Cascade and designed with families in mind, this newly built cabin offers a thoughtful layout, inviting gathering spaces, and an outdoor setting that truly sets it apart. With ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers, this home is a great home base for your adventures in Donnelly, Cascade, and McCall.



The main living area is open and comfortable, with two couches, two recliners, and a flatscreen TV creating an easy place for everyone to relax. Large windows bring in natural light and views of the surrounding forest and meadow, while a dedicated office space allows for working remotely when needed.



The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, generous storage, and a large island with seating for six. Just off the kitchen, the dining table seats eight, making it easy to gather for meals. A door from the kitchen leads directly to the backyard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A laundry area with washer and dryer (pods provided) is also located just off the kitchen.



The outdoor space is a standout feature of the home. The backyard opens to a wide, 100-acre meadow where wildlife is often spotted. Guests can relax in Adirondack chairs, enjoy the hot tub, or gather around the fire pit in the evenings. There is also tetherball and horseshoes for family-friendly fun, along with direct access to nearby trails.



The layout keeps everything on one level, making it easy for groups of all ages. The primary suite features direct backyard access, a flatscreen TV, extra clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower.



Additional bedrooms include two queen bedrooms, along with a bunk room designed for families, featuring a queen lower bunk, oversized full upper bunk, and twin trundle. An Xbox is included for entertainment. A full bathroom with a tub and shower combination is located off the main hallway, along with a small sitting area that adds extra space to unwind.
