Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children must be supervised at all times due to pool, waterfront, rooftop, and open stair design.
Pool has no physical gate. Safety net provided but supervision is required at all times.
Rental agreement must be signed and $10,000 refundable damage deposit required within 48 hours of reservation acceptance.

Unlike many oceanfront homes positioned directly along Overseas Highway, Aurora Sands is tucked away on a quiet private road — eliminating traffic noise and creating a truly serene coastal setting where the only sounds are ocean waves and swaying palms.

We intentionally chose this location for its rare natural setting along a protected turtle nesting beach. During nesting season, guests may witness one of nature’s most extraordinary experiences — sea turtles coming ashore under the moonlight.
