Relax & Unwind in North Kingstown at this coastal house which is half a duplex. With two cozy bedrooms featuring a queen bed, a full bed, and twin you will find plenty of space to relax. The welcoming bathroom includes a hair dryer for added convenience. Whether you’re gathering for a quiet night in or planning your next adventure, this phenomenal house offers a perfect retreat. The three season porch is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or step outside to grill in the evening. There is a dog run off the porch. This home has a ring doorbell/camera. Located one mile from Historic Wickford and Wickford town beach. Beach bag, towels, cooler and two chairs for guests Approximately 8 miles to Narragansett beach or Newport. Uri is 6.5 miles away. A great place to call home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

I grew up in Rhode Island and returned a few years ago and have rediscovered all the special things that I love. And as I’m retired, now I’m able to explore new things like historic Wickford, being an artisan, and loving being by the beach and kayaking and enjoying my grand grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because quite frankly it was on my grandson’s bus route. However, I love the fact that I can walk or bicycle into Wickford and down little side streets that end up at a cove the people are all so welcoming and I love it here.

What makes this property unique

This property is close to historic Wickford, Narragansett Beach and a hop over the bridge to Jamestown or Newport. the sunporch is the best Zen space ever
