Unwind and enjoy this spacious, 4 bedroom 2 bath home located just minutes away from beaches, restaurants, and other wonderful conveniences!
-Conveniences include a central A/C system with remote controls that allow you to set each room to the ideal temperature
-Back yard with deck, patio furniture and a gas grill
.-All Mattresses and pillows are sealed in moisture and pathogen-resistant cases.
***We now provide linens for all beds and bath towels and wash cloths for 8 guests.
*-We also supply a starter package for your Day #1 convenience to include cleaning products, essential paper products, a small laundry detergent and coffee pods and supplies
-Keyless entry, code provided.
-Pets allowed, 1 dog only with a fee of $100 *Ask about waiving this fee for 7 nights and longer.

The Space:
This house is a single family home. Upstairs has an open living/kitchen area with an island, two large bedrooms (one is oversized) both with queen beds and a one full bath. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (One with a queen bed and one with a full bed), Full bath, den with sliders to a deck, and a laundry room.
Area:
Enjoy walking in this adorable, safe neighborhood. Short walk to a private community beach (1/4 mile), (Lake Pettaquamscutt Shores, you may drive and park in lot), that is part of the Narrow River. Launch your kayak and enjoy the beautiful river views. Great for swimming and kayaking. Just a short (5 min.) drive to Famous Narragansett Pier (town beach) just a few more minutes to other nearby beaches (Scarborough, Roger Wheeler, Salty Brine and Bonnett shores.)-Only half a mile to Domenic Christofaro Park with tennis courts. basketball courts and play area.
-10 min. drive to Wakefield center with great shops and restaurants.
-1 mile from Famous Brickley's Ice Cream Shop
*-Beautiful Newport just over the bridge, about a 15-minute drive!!
-20 minute drive to Block Island Ferry,

Good location and comfortable home

This was a great location for us to be able to get to the beach and other areas in RI. The house was comfortable and spacious. Very easy fo communicate with the owners. I would rent again.

Perfect Summer Getaway

House was as advertised and well stocked with everything you could need for your stay. Kitchen is well stocked and house was very clean upon arrival. House is a very short distance from a private beach with no waves so was great for the kids in our group. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location to enjoy the area- beaches. Very quiet neighborhood as we wanted. Very impressed with responsiveness of property manager. We lost hot water and she had a service team at the house and got water restored in less than 2 hours.

The house, location and amenities are exactly as advertised. A family of 4 (kids ages 6&8) and grandparents (2) fit comfortably. We had everything we needed to have meals in when necessary and hang out to play games. The private beach is fabulous, we came after a big storm so when the public beaches were closed for swimming it made for a great place to be in the water all day. The distance to our favorite spots in Narragansett and Newport was perfect and communication with the host was great. We will be back and would recommend!

The property was very clean and the neighborhood quiet. There was not much of a backyard, and the TV channel selection was limited. For example, the upstairs TV only had UTube: no direct TV nor yes network for sports.
