The first floor features an open dining and living area centered around a cozy fireplace, hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient half bath. Step through the sliding doors to a private deck with outdoor seating—an ideal spot to take in the bay views.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please notify us before check out of any damages. Damages left unreported will result in a $200 charge on top of repair costs.
Place used towels and sheets in laundry bins.
Trash and pet waste can be placed in the garbage can in the ear of the building.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Max 5 people in house at all times. Quiet hours: 9 PM - 8 AM

Wonderful stay in this Rhode Island hidden gem!

Would give 10 stars if I could! The gracious hosts thought of everything. Very comfy and well decorated quarters with a beautiful sunrise view of Greenwich Bay. The central location and proximity to downtown made this a perfect place to relax and explore Rhode Island. It was very clean and the hosts were very responsive. We hope to be back again!
