This fabulous farmhouse features a king bed, two queen beds, and a playroom equipped with toys including a chalk wall(room is big enough to set up a blow up mattress as well) Kids can keep busy while you relax and enjoy the views. Perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms, including one with a relaxing bathtub. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. An iron is also available to keep your clothes fresh during your stay. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring nearby, this awesome retreat offers a tremendous blend of comfort and charm. We think our place will help you experience everything Rock Hill has to offer. Just 3 minutes from I-77, shopping, restaurants and 10 minutes from Manchester soccer fields, Rock Hill Sports & Event Center. Unwind and Enjoy an afternoon at the Catawba Nature Preservation just a 2 minute drive. Also an adventure awaits on beautiful Lake Wylie which is roughly about a 20 minute drive- enjoy boat/ jet ski rentals and other water sport activities available at your leisure. Southtown wakeboard park is just a short 20 minute drive as well. Catawba River is around the corner and can be accessed for kayaking/ tubing. Carowinds amusement park is just a 20 minute drive. Lots to do or just stay on the farm for refreshing times- If you love the outdoors and need a place to relax and unwind -Lolly-Gaggin’- is the perfect place to be!

We had an excellent stay at this farmhouse! Communication was outstanding from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. The location was perfect—peaceful, convenient, and a great base for exploring the Rock Hill area. The farmhouse itself was even better than we expected……clean, comfortable, and full of charm. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely perfect!! We were in town for a basketball tournament and this home was great for our family. The home was very clean, we had everything we needed during our stay, the beds were comfortable and we couldn't have asked for a more friendly host. Loved staying on a farm, it was so peaceful and nice. The outdoor patio area we loved at night time when it cooled off a little, the front porch we enjoyed when a little rain came through. I can't say enough about this home, I felt at home and none of us were ready to leave! Fantastic job on this property, thank you so much for your kindness, cleanliness and sharing your home with my family. The personal note left in the kitchen for basketball was just 1 of the many special touches, dont hesitate to book this wonderful home!!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this home again! The house was very clean, spacious, and had a peaceful country atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The property has plenty of land, and we loved seeing deer, cows, and all the birds throughout our stay.The home was very family-friendly. Our kids especially enjoyed the playroom, which kept them entertained, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept well.The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils we needed, making it easy to prepare meals without having to bring anything extra.The décor was warm, welcoming, and had a charming country style that felt inviting and comfortable. One of the best parts was that you get the quiet, relaxing feel of the country while still being only about 10 minutes from Walmart, restaurants, and shopping.Overall, this was a great place for a family getaway. It offered the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and convenience, and we would definitely stay here again!
