Die sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung benötigt etwas mehr Pflege. Der Toilettensitz war nicht fest, die Kaffeemaschine total verkalkt und der Toaster geschmolzen. Ein vorhandener Wäscheständer stammt wohl noch aus sozialistischen Zeiten.
