Both bedrooms are spacious suites with private bathrooms—perfect for couples traveling together or families who value their own space. You'll find a well appointed custom kitchen in an open floor plan. Additionally there is a separate open area on another level with kitchenette, large tv, seating, separate full bath, puzzles, games, all with the view of the lake. A day bed in this area with 2 single trundles is perfect for kids or adults. This lake cove has low traffic area making it great for kids/swimming/relaxing. Beautiful sunsets, large level yard, covered front and rear porches, fire pit, and so much more for your trip to Deep Creek!

RULES for Dogs:
Dog Breed Limitations: Even in dog-friendly homes, it's prohibited to bring any dog with a history or instance of aggressive or reactive tendencies. We welcome any dog which you know to be under 70 pounds, house trained, well-socialized, trained, and friendly in any situation involving others, both human and canine, as there may be nearby dogs at neighboring properties. NOTE: due to restrictions in place by our homeowner insurance policies and licensing to rent, breeds listed as most aggressive are banned from all rentals, regardless of the training and temperament of the individual dog and strictly enforced.
1. Dog (s) must be under 70 lbs and current on vaccinations including rabies.
2. Dog cannot be an aggressive breed such as but not limited to Pit Bull breed, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Doberman, Akita, Chow Chow, Wolf hybrids, Mastiff, Cane Corsos, Siberian Huskies, Alaskan, Presa Camarios.
3. At ALL times dog must be on leash or tethered to cables around the large tree in the yard with water and cannot be left unattended.
4. All dog poop to be picked up daily and disposed of in bags provided and put in the special pet container provided.
5. Dog(s) cannot be tethered to the deck, covered porch, house, etc due to underground wiring along rear porch, front porch and beds for your dog's safety as well as your own.
6. Dog food/water bowls provided as well as a dog crate for your convenience. Outdoor cables in entry closet can be used, but MUST be picked up at the end of your stay so the landscaper does not catch in blade.
7. Courtesy items provided are used at your own risk.
8. Constant barking will not be tolerated due to the peaceful enjoyment owed to neighboring properties and rules of the rental licensing.
